Great video! Pumps work for sure, I tried for a few months and I was actually surprised how well it works. Plus it helps with ED.
I saw a bit of length with an extender as well but not near comparable to results of dry pumping and bathmates.
I'm not telling anyone to do it at all, rule no.1 always do your own research.
I pump regularly every other day and my girth enhances significantly and remains enhanced if I keep to pumping e.o.day. Started with a 1 7/8” diameter tube, then 2” diameter tube, just about ready for a 2 1/4” tube. That’s about 6.5-7.5 inch circumference. My uneducated guess is to use HGH injections (free roaming HGH to heal internally), topical stem cell cream (external skin healing), tadalifil (blood flow), a pump (girth), and a hanger (length). Cycle the pump and hanger to not overburden your unit and focus on sleep, hydration, and rest to recover since growth is in the recovery, not just the damage.
Most effective method is hard stretching and hard compressions done by hand. You have to stretch while semi erect in order to stretch the parts that trap the blood. Taking viagra and GH mk 677 and clomid can help.

Well we'll well, a follow up. Well I watched and commented on the first PE video. I was excited for PE. So, I bought Pump and a hanger. So I used both..I feel the hanger is a little safer. It's obvious and easily changeable. I used the pump, and on one of the uses, I fell asleep with it on for about 45 mins. I took it off, and I was swelled up bad, it didn't look natural at all. It wouldn't go down. I called the ER.and the ER said to take IBUPROFEN and put ice on it. It didn't work much, so I went for a jog to move the blood around. It helped some and then there's bumps or bulges in my thing, like.bubbles. I went to the ER they suggested ibuprofen and rest. It eventually went down a day or two later. But it felt spongy for a few days, I could still get hard but it wasn't that hard hard I was use to. I gathered a new Respect for the pump and all PE devices, they are not toys. THEY ARE NOT TOYS. If you use it, take it serious and give it all your attention. It a month or so time it did get bigger, but at what cost? That's why I say take it serious and really monitor. Don't just go crazy, plz go slowly and don't rush it. I have a new respect for it.
Like I said I think the hanger is safer. I think they are both safe if not pushed to the limits, one must take this serious. It's not a game. Anyway, that's my two cents

Need to do it in sessions
Hanging is safe, but if you use a vaccuum hanger, be sure to tape the head of your unit otherwise you may blister depending on the weight used. Also, if you're going to pump, do it after hanging. I pumped for a good 30 minutes one time and did my usual hanging routine after. When I took the hanger off I had the worst blisters ever which tore and were left exposed. I work in construction and I will say that was the most pain I've ever had to deal with. And trying to piss was another thing.
More advice to anyone jumping into this endeavor. Don't use clamping hangers. I purchased one in an attempt to hang more weight. I would get stoned and play PC games in my chair. One time I took it off and the head of my unit was purple. I couldn't feel anything and I had never been so scared in my entire life. Thankfully it returned to normal pretty quickly.
One more, do not put cock rings on after pumping unless you're going to monitor your unit every 20 minutes. I once did a massive session, had sex with my girlfriend and put a cock ring on in an attempt to trap blood. That is good advice. Your right learn the hard way so others don't have to. Working on sessions is best, like interval training, a little on, a little off, it's not an endurance session.
I use a basic run of the mill LA Pump for starters that Leo The Legend recommended on the first podcast.

What i never see anyone talk about is the importance of not wearing underwear or at least wear very loose fitting underwear. I have to tell you my results:
I was 16 cm long and about 13 in circumference.
I decided to try a regular pump and tablets called Penaxim.
