    Note to viewers. If you would like to complete this tutorial on your own, it is possible. A regularly updated version of this course is available at www.rnaseq.wiki. Of course, taking one of these courses in person is also a good idea. If that interests you, the latest version of the RNA-seq course is offered at least twice per year. Once by Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops (Bioinformatics.ca) and once at CSHL (Advanced Sequencing Technologies and Applications).
