    I always say, flawless Roger Federer is the best version of tennis player ever. Novak Djokovic maintained high level due to his unerring habits but Federer with all guns firing is just the bestest in the universe.

      The biggest thing that sets Federer part is when he’s playing his best and when his opponents are playing their best, it’s almost impossible to understand how he can still demolish them. When all things are firing correctly, he is unbeatable, I will stand by that for the rest of my life; Djokovic and Nadal make players feel like they just can’t get a ball past them. Federer makes players feel helpless. It’s absolutely 🤩

  • @FoolishlyAlive
    @FoolishlyAlive Месяц назад +3

    Djokovic is the most successful tennis player of all time. Without any whisker of doubt. Most solid, clutch, the mentally toughest one.
    But the greatest tennis player of all time is Roger Federer. That is just as indubitable.
    The GOAT debate cannot be purely about numbers. That’s like saying the greatest actor is the one whose films have made the most money. That’s nonsense. Greatness is about beauty, about impact, about breaking new ground, about achieving mastery.
    Anyone who really sees tennis with clear eyes and an open mind can see that Federer is the greatest artist the sport of tennis has ever seen.

    Considering performance and H2H stats Novak and Nadal are in front of Roger. N and N are very strong, powerful machines. Roger, on the other hand is graceful and i think technically more perfect than any other player so far. Wonder why they call him The Maestro ? He can hit almost any shot from any position. And look very relaxed in the meantime. Being The GOAT is a matter of statistics.
    But the way one is doing it, might be more important.

    • @earl8295
      @earl8295 3 месяца назад

      naive people from Novak fans only care about slam numbers and h2h, they dont know how to dive deeper in statistics. Roger and Rafa both have their unique playing styles like on grass and clay, Novak doesnt since he's just relying on physical (rallying as long as I could), no one wants to watch that. People prefer unexpected shots like how Roger plays his game.
