Last year in 2022, after several email exchanges, phone calls, and interactions on social media, my issue was finally resolved. I received a replacement laptop and was assured that such problems would not occur again. However, to my disappointment, this year I have already had the RAM replaced on the new laptop, and now I'm being recommended to replace the motherboard, screen, and batteries as well. It seems like there is hardly anything left to replace. Therefore, I kindly request an upgrade option and urge you to demonstrate that you genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction. It has been two years of enduring this pain, and it's quite embarrassing when the laptop hangs and shuts off during presentations, even with minimal movement on the table.

Don't go for looks the worst model ever! I bought this last year till now it's always been a trouble having heating issues, fan failure and now the hinge is broke affecting the monitor and not allowing to close and open. Such a terrible experience and a worst product Dell 5518.
Did you replace it ?
On asking they ask money to repair why. Yoj made that laptop not me. I shall see them if they donot change mine one soon

This laptop is causing me a lot of trouble 👿 with every update. Most common one is that it won’t accept you pin code or even finger prints. It is trash
Watch out, the batteries explode on those things
