    Great video. Thank you for sharing.
    This very moment I opened the package of Paxlovid and decided to research it.
    Now, I am unsure and not comfortable in taking this med. I honestly prefer a natural route to heal the body. Therefore, I will continue to take in fluids, vitamins, and plenty of rest. For the body aches I am taking ibuprofen and Tylenol 🙏🏽💕 May everyone be well and NOT anxious

    My issue with the medication slowed down my heart rate super slow down in the 30s!! Turned out it was the Atenolol I take for my blood pressure, I guess Paxlovid has some beta blockers components. I have Covid right now, I'm just riding it out without Paxlovid just Coricidin for HBP patients. And it's horrible still, y'all pray for me I feel like I'm SLOWLY getting better. I’m about to finish my second dose of Paxlovid at 12:30am today, however 8 hours after my first dose I experienced a fast heart rate of about 120bpm for at least a min or so, and got anxious and nervous . I panicked a bit and had to calm down until my heart rate dropped normal to 62bpm. In the beginning of February 2023 I experienced the same increase in heart rate due to drinking too much coffee and went thru caffeine withdrawals that my body felt tired. I developed high blood pressure, high heart rate , anxiety and the jitters that come with withdrawals of caffeine. The first 7 days was the worst. I had the worst acid reflux, it was hard to sleep. 2 weeks later, I quit caffeine and recovered from all these caffeine symptoms. Comes July, and I had a bit chocolate and my heart rate goes up a tiny bit, start to feel anxious and nervous out of nowhere. At this point, I knew that I became sensitive to caffeine. Forward today , I’m feeling the same effects with Paxlovid. Not sure if it’s because of the side effects or maybe the non caffeinated tea that I’ve been drinking last night . Idk . I’m scared to take this medicine now.

    • @CarlosGranados1
      @CarlosGranados1  8 месяцев назад +1

      Your symptoms sound like you have acid reflux or are at least your stomach is much more sensitive. Have you ever been checked for GERD??

    • @Asmrdetailing
      @Asmrdetailing 8 месяцев назад

      @@CarlosGranados1 No, I don’t have GERD. I forgot to mention, I drank 4 cups of coffee within one hour. I did experience acid reflux at day 4 due to the excessive coffee and drinking too much water . 2 months later , my acid reflux went away. The reason why I had acid reflux in the beginning is because I drank too much water and diluted my stomach acid , which causes acid reflux . You want your stomach acid to be acidic so that the sphincter of the stomach closes preventing acid traveling to your esophagus. Apple cider vinegar helped me a lot with this issue . I also learned that hydrating is not just about drinking water, it’s about having the right amount of sodium in your body. I suggest drinking water with lemon. If your stomachs acid is too basic not to basic I should say for example like ph 4 or higher , then you will have acid reflux and you would not be able to digest your food properly.

It helps my anxiety.. Anxiety and tachycardia get in a circle that is hard to break.. I also get flutters in my chest.. So far taking 3 deep breaths and coughing out has always corrected it.. @@janices3508 hi there, well I am finally better. The rebound for me was worse than the initial bout of Covid. When it started I only got one symptom a day. Every day was a different symptom but only one symptom. When I got the rebound I got all of them together which made me miserable. I was out for apx 4 more days and then began to get better day 7 of the rebound is when I felt a little more normal. From day 8-12 after rebound I actually couldn’t taste any thing. I barley got my taste back on new years thank God and had a cough for about 2 days. These past 2 days I’ve been back to normal even exercising. Funny thing is that my wife was totally fine after paxlovid and only has had a slight cough here and there. I would recommend not stressing. You guys will be fine and back to normal in no time just put your trust in God and keep a positive mindset. It’s very hard to do but remember that if it gets hard and you get emotional is totally ok and justified feel it out and then go back to trying. Stay persistent in a positive mentality. god bless you and your family and may you all get well soon. Happy new year.

    Worked fantastic for me! Covid first time around with no Rx I had symptoms for 2 to 3 weeks after getting sick. Covid second time around hit me fast and furious. Immediately started taking Paxlovid the next day. My symptoms were mostly gone 2.5 days later - 5 doses in. Gave me mild digestive issues but nothing I couldn't handle, would rather have that than covid. Taking the medication with food and eating several small meals a day seemed to help. Pills were very smooth and easy to swallow.

    I just got Covid for the 1st time ever. I’ve been fortunate by the grace of God not to have gotten it. At the height of COVID I read and started going higher on my vitamin D 3 intake about 20 thousand IUs a day with 200 mc of K2 along with 50 mc of zinc a day. I do have a pretty bad hiatal hernia that I’ve dealt with since 2003 and used to cause me very bad panic attacks. I didn’t find out about the hiatal hernia until 2014. If I would’ve known about it that it was causing my anxiety attacks and anxiety I could’ve taken a different approach. Anyhow they gave me Paxlovid for Covid along with steroids and an inhaler. I tested positive Saturday got the medication that night. It’s Thursday and just completed the treatment. My symptoms through COVID were very mild , pretty much just stiffness of the nose. No fever , no trouble breathing , no headaches, some fatigue. The doctor told me it was treated like a cold or flu now. But no issues with Paxlovid whatsoever thank God. Today I tested and I look to seem to get an almost negative test. Sunday I did up my vitamin D3 to 50,000 IUs and 500 mc of K2. I’ll be on that then get back to 20,000 IUs of D3 and 200 mc of K2. But that was my experience with Paxlovid. Hope everyone stays safe.

    Thx for sharing, especially the part about the ambulance. I know when it's an emergency it's an emergency and we'll do whatever it takes, but when it's over and you start getting those medical bills, it's no joke. I'm glad your feed came across my searches because I was reading everything on Paxlovid and your way of telling your experience is what made it look believable. A side note...I'm not vaxed, it's not that I'm against it, it's just the way big pharma/politics pushed it on people, here's the kicker my doctor who's like a brother told me, if I didn't get the "jab" he couldn't be my doctor anymore and he was dead serious.

    I understand you experience was the worst to you but for those who were hospitalized in the beggining because they couldn't breath along with all of the other covid symptoms, it's worth it. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks I really thought I was going to die I made sure my will was in place via text because i couldnt talk. They told me that I was really bad. YES plaxovid works I literally am on my last day taking it and it has lowered my symptoms tremendously. I also have reactions to certain medications of how you are describing rushing of the heart and pain in my chest. This is definitely one person's experience and for those who were literally in the hospital fighting for their lives this option is there best but you must take it as soon as you feel symptoms or it will not work. p.S and yeah I agree the metallic taste sucks but it's better than dying lol

I get migraines and then i got covid and the headaches were awful with covid and then a regular headache turns into a migraine. I am so over migraines and headaches, that paxlovid seemed to be the fastest way out of them. Nope. It kicked in a massive headache and like a dumbass, i took the next dose but hoping it wouldn't be the same. It wasn't. It was worse. The pain behind my right eye, right temple and then extending into the back of my head and neck was intense. My partner has covid also and his snoring is awful, so between that, a fever, congestion, aches etc and then MIGRAINE PLUS COVID HEADACHE AND THEN PAXLOVID HEADACHE THROWN In...no...i was on the bathroom floor laying on my comforter and robe and anything else i could carry from the bedroom in one trip because I was not going back. I hadn't slept from the pain and no releif, so all night i was thinking i wpuld die on thw bathroom floor. I was fine with that but it neededbto happen asap. I finally crashed and woke and felt 10 percent better from the covid but i cant do the rest of paxlovid. I also have gerd and its made the metallic taste awful also. On the website for healthcare professionals, the side effects are ugly. Don't know anyone prescribing it.
    I opted for hydroxycloroquine (min side effects) helped immediately, took z pac with and zinc

    I have Covid currently and am a high risk patient for Covid complications. This is not a new medication, it is used to treat people with HIV and keeps them healthy and living fuller longer lives. Paxlovid was given to me and my husband. Within 24 hours we both felt relief and 48 hours in we are able to get out of bed and symptoms reduced in half. Side affects for me and my husband are nausea and insomnia. No bad taste for us or any other side affects. This medication does increase the levels of some medications in the body. So benzodiazepines and opiates are dramatically increased in blood levels. So reduce those medications and be careful with them. I just can’t believe how quickly this works. We have two days left of it and so far it’s been great for us both. All my family members have also taken it and all had good outcomes and very little side affects. My husband has severe GERD because the flap on his esophagus does not close. He has had no increase in his GERD on this. It’s a pretty small percentage of people that have more symptoms from the medication but it’s like any medication. They all have side affects so just educate yourself on it when you start it. I think videos like this scare people and discourage them from even trying a medication that could save their lives, keep them out of the hospital, and prevent long covid. This is a very rare side effect that this young man had. And very well could have been conflicting with other medications he takes. RX and over the counter meds and supplements. Please do your own research based on larger studies and facts. Talk to your doctor because this is an amazingly affective and well tolerated medication in most people. I’m extremely sensitive to medications and have several complex chronic health conditions. I’m always in the 2% of people that have odd side affects or complications and so far this has been amazing. Also this medication is free as the government pays for it, you just need to ask your pharmacist about the form you fill out. Otherwise is $25 for this 5 day course.

      First of all the medication is new for covid treatment. Never said that the medication is new itself. Second of all, I am sharing my story and not trying to scare people away. I am just sharing my experience which is the same thing you are doing in the comment section, but when I do it I am "scaring and discouraging" people?? The hypocrisy...
      By the way, you try to discredit my GERD issues by stating that your husband had GERD because the "flaps" on his esophagus don't close. Do you have any idea how GERD even works?? all this research you are telling people to do but it seems like you need to do research yourself.
      Lastly the comment about this medication "could save their lives" is such crap. This medication is clearly given to patients whose COVID symptoms are mild and who can go home to recover. It is not saving their lives. In simple terms, the medications are helping people recover faster and have fewer symptoms. Again, maybe you need to take your own advice and keep doing some research to get your facts right.
      To everyone reading this response, please do your research and talk to your doctor to determine what is best for you as none of this is medical advice. But not the type of research this woman claims she is doing... This video was made to share my experience with the medication with a good heart while being transparent and honest. As always P&L!

      In Florida with insurance today the pharmacy co-pay would be $245.00 which we don’t have. No insurance it would be $1,000.00 😮my husband has covid19 after 3 weeks of relentless fever 🥵
