3 large tomatoes
1 sweet onion
2 large cucumbers
1-1/2 Tbs Light olive oil
pepper
1-1/2 cup white sugar
a little over 1 cup white vinegar
2 - 1/2 cup ice water

We use red onion in ours. Olive oil, vinegar a little sugar salt and pepper also sometimes garlic and oregano. We don’t use anything like the amounts you have.
