Saint Patrick's An Dro is a traditionnal breton track here played by four bagadoù (breton pipe bands): The Bagad Cap Caval from the Pays Bigouden, the Bagad Roñsed Mor from Locoal Mendon, Bagad Kemper from Quimper & Bagad Sonerien An Oriant from Lorient. This was recorded at the Fête des Cornemuses in 2020 which was supposed to replace the famous Festival Interceltique de Lorient (Lorient's Interceltic Festival) unfortunately cancelled the same year because of the pandemics.

Fun fact: Augusto Pinochet’s ancestors were Breton and Basque(from the Spanish side)
Oui il est de Lamballe dans les Côtes d'Armor, littéralement chez moi 😂
"pinochez" in Breton means... spinach.

Greetings and support to the last continental celts in the name of the basques. Our ocupiers couldnt stay forever in our lands, but our lands would be there forever, our day will come!
I am Canadian. One of my ancestors sailed from Bretagne to what we now know as the east coast of Canada along with his wife only a few years after the turn from the 16th century (1500s) to the 17th century (1600s).
I have barely any relation to the Bretons of today, but still I hold respect and appreciation for the culture and people that some of my ancestors came from.
Wonderful !
Ohh i live in Bretagne and a part of my family go to Quebec around 1500/1600 😂
What beautiful music and what an excellent title for your video! Hopefully, it will help to get the message out about the suffering Bretons have had to endure to prevent the total destruction of their language and culture. Bevet Breizh! [Vive la Bretagne!]
Bravo! With love from Kazakhstan!

Unpopular opinion : its because of the potential and influence of so called terrorism that Breton identity is still alive
Look at Picardy.
You know what would've been a nice fake-story?
That the breton 'weapon' of independence was a marching stick, just your typical quarterstaff, sometimes with metal on the end that gets thumped on the street/ground in rythm to the tune (of An Dro) by other 'marchers'.
That could've be usefull for getting people together as a show of power, for secret messages to everyone and it's a nice workout.
Vive le PNB
vive les bretons, poil au menton !
