In old league, crit used to be balanced by 2 things:
-Very high cost of ADC items meant they had delayed payload, while still being really powerful
-Tank busting items weren't that nuts, so tanks could actually tank
tanks also didn't just wipe whole teams like ksante or ornn

Sadly anti tank is not just item anymore, riot basically add %hp damage to most champions
LDR no longer does bonus damage by HP and BORK % damage is lowered. Bruisers n Tanks gonna be enjoying the mid game a lot more
Tanks didn’t used to have the insane amount of cdr that’s in the game now.

As a toplane main. Shieldbow is the worse item in the game. And is getting dunked on AGAIN. It's crazy
BT gives 80Ad 18LifeSteal and same shield as shieldbow also more ad and SUSTAIN. Meanwhile Shieldbow 50AD 25Crit and same shield as BT RIOT XDD

Not so much bc they remove lethal tempo from the game so now they need to buy some %as items to have their Q cd lower and know items with good %as doesn't have good ad or doesn't have crit chance so in some way they balanced but still overpowered on 2nd item.

To be fair, I'd rather everyone one shot everyone than any one typer or character get left out. Wildrift already does this and i think thats pretty cool. Unfortunately tanks can get a little broken a little too easily rn

Season 9 adc was so good I hit plat 1 that season and was so close to hitting diamond. Went on a hiatus after season 9
Lethality items are still too strong. Caits 3 item rfc headshot is going to chunk assassins out of the fight now instead of full build. That new ad burn crit item instead of storm razer, combined with the move speed buff on fleet is a big buff.
