- On our embarkation day, Mark and I boarded the Carnival Liberty for a 4-day Bahamas cruise that visits two ports! We have a full week ahead of us including excursions snorkeling, swimming with stingrays and a glass bottom boat tour!

Such a fun video. My husband and I did this exact cruise on the Liberty a few years ago. We ended up drinking a LOT more than we expected because it isn't really an environment for introverts! I'm also a bit sensitive to noise. Those clam shell chairs were a life saver. We had kind of a tragically funny incident happen. We were seated at dinner with two other people we didn't like at all. We suffered through one dinner with them but Carnival wouldn't allow us to sit with anyone else for the entire cruise. So we gave up the beautiful dinner service altogether to avoid having to make small talk with them for the entire trip. It was that bad. You were so lucky to have a table for two!

You should have sat at a table with others. Its a great way to meet interesting people, hear what excursions they took and possibly make new friends. I still keep in touch with people i met on the different cruises i took.

I’m glad the two of you had fun! I don’t think I could do a cruise with so many people. I tend to absorb the energy around me (I’m an empath), so I limit myself to doing activities on a smaller scale, with not as many people. I am always amazed at how many people they can fit on a cruise. It really does look like a great time. I’m happy you’re happy, Jeffrey! 😊

Yep my sister and her family just went on a cruise to she goes every year and said this year prices went up on everything and if you want something extra example lobster 🦞 tail they charge you for it now for anything extra now but always fun on a cruise ship so good to see you and Mark having fun together I’m happy for you Jeffery love seeing you smiling again ty for taking us on your cruise 🦩🦋🦩🦋🦩

Hey the rule when you first start eating is going FOR DESERT!!!! The food is later! LOL. The water started out at $3/12pk when they started to not allow you to bring it on the ship.

Just came off the Liberty 3 days ago for our first cruise and I would have to say the ship was amazing and Atlantis was mind blowing. Bimini was disappointing in my opinion. But when you live in a state where you can access a beach in 30 minutes you have alot to compare it to. The water thou is absolutely beautiful. On our voyage the water was like a sheet of glass. No waves or rocking of the ship. Would recommend it to anyone and like the cruise director Stephon always says " Chow Chow"😅

My friend stayed sick the whole time on the ship. The captain told her to sip slowly on margaritas. It worked.

Next time you cruise, get yourself the seasick patches you wear behind your ear. We use them everytime we cruise! They’re wonderful!

WOW....I was on the Liberty at the same exact time as you two, who knows, our paths may even have crossed aboard the ship. I was so so on the cruise, the hallway where my room was located smelled like a septic tank. Anyone else have that issue?

I could not do a cruise again. We did the 4 island hop cruise in Hawaii and a party cruise to Ensenada. That’s enough for me. Looks like you are having fun.

On future cruises ask for extra ice cream with your chocolate molten cake. Carnival is so accommodating. You can order duplicates or multiple desserts or entrees in the dinning room.

I’d rather go to Punta Cana. For about $3,200 to $3,500 for two people it includes your flight, your hotel, all your food and your drinks. They even include shows each night. Beautiful beaches and several different restaurants to pick from plus a Hugh dining area with all kinds of food. I’ve been three times with my husband and we’ve never been disappointed.

Reunite Lambrusco is what my mother would drink in the late 1970s & 1980s. I just died with laughing remembrances because if you drink too much of that stuff you will feel it. You were on a retrovibng 1980s cruise. Best cruises are with the Virgin, Holland America, and Norwegian.
Those sea bands never worked for me! I had to use the tab behind my ear that lasted for 4 days then you had to replace it.
