    This is definitely the best yoga video I have watched on youtube!!! Will 10000% be doing this flow again! Loved when Jessica said 'there is no right or wrong in yoga, there is just safe and unsafe'... SO TRUE!! Thanks for all the great tips and an amazing flow!!

    Thank you so much. I really had to modify a couple because of my current weight. Wow what a difficulty it is to keep balance and stretch in certain positions with extra weight.. I feel like I am wearing an innertube around my stomach and not to mention my muscles are in need of patience as I get back to this, in the curr en t season of my life. I had to say I so appreciate the way you connect with the audience to teach them how to focus in these positions and what to do with our body. As someone says below I felt very cared for during this video! Thank you!

    this was a bit too quick for me but very useful nonetheless. today was my first day so I had to pause video from time to time. hopefully tomorrow i'll be quicker :P Thank you Jessica

    I just completed this routine and I struggled the struggled the whole way through. I have difficulty holding the downward dog position and I did not have smooth transitions. I am also new to this and my body now feels so relaxed.

    That was so good Jessica. I`ve been practicing yoga ( on and off) the past 20 years and love checking out how others teach and guide students through asanas. Well done! Thoroughly enjoyed it.

    For me, this wasn't very beginner-friendly. There wasn't enough guidance on some of the poses and the pace was a little too fast sometimes. The use of space wasn't really though through either. I bumped into my bed and desk a couple times. This is a preference thing, but usually I need something more strengthening, and I felt this flow wasn't doing that enough. But as an early morning flow this would work (but maybe not for someone who has just started doing yoga).

    Just finished day 1 of the Mindful Movement! LOVED IT! I did find more stillness than I typically do, but do struggle with the sensations of my body...if I have an itch...I immediately scratch it! This is something I will continue to work on! I'm excited for the rest of the days!

    Nice! I've only been doing yoga for a month so I couldn't do the mermaid pose but this flow felt really good and gives me things to work towards. :)

    Can you do more RUclips Videos? I love flowing with you because of your calm voice, the way you flow (it feels exactly like the pace I would flow by myself) and comments that you know how it was before you become as flexible as you are today.

    Loved it!! I am a beginner and it was quite difficult to follow at the beggining but I felt so much relaxed after it.
    The biggest problem I have is with transitions like my feet move out of the parallelism of my body and I am constantly in need of re-adjusting my body in line all the time D:

    Loved this flow 💙 Although it's not really for beginners (plough pose & mermaid ?!) more suited for intermediate yogis or those who, like me, want a gentle session. More of Jessica please 🌼

    first time, doing a yoga class, I shattered my left wrist when I was younger so all the downward dog was kinda rough but I tried my hardest to persist through the whole thing, thanks for the video

      Tried it out, it was really good, I ran through it twice, the first time it was hard to do the walk with the hand under my palm but the stretches made my wrist feel heaps better.

    I did this and i really did feel how fucked up my body got in the last year i did gain even more weoght and did less activity. I did a lot of streatching now and then but my last yoga session was a while ago. And this half an hour did release a lot of energy and sweat. Thanks for letting me feel i need to get back on track. XD

    Love this! So glad I found you (via Southern Yogi) and this channel! This is my first time and I'm curious: is it normal to get headaches? I got them every time I went into downward dog and I assumed it was a blood flow issue. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks!

    Moving from plank to lizard to downdog for beginners is impossible , am a teacher and it’s defiantly not a beginners class, I did love and enjoy the amount of guidance and explanations and variations given but is def an intermediate student class !!

    I thought the video was great and Jessica was helpful. I do think that there needs to be some more explanation and optional poses for those that are truly beginners as some of these poses were incredibly hard (for myself since im new) and definitely pushes your ability. I felt a little discouraged after doing this little sesh because it says beginner / "new to yoga" and I definitely did not get it. For others out there, don't feel too discouraged, and keep trying!

    Hi! I made my boyfriend do this session with me and I have to say - this is definitely not a flow for a complete beginner. For someone who doesn't have the coordination and flexibility it's really hard to keep up with Jessica. It could be a nice flow for beginner in Yoga in general but the video shouldn't be named 'Let's Start Yoga' for sure:P

    Is there anything I can do if I have bad wrists? I have tendinitis in both of them so a lot of these moves were too hard on them😭 wasn’t sure if I should get some wrist wraps or a brace?

    Don’t recommend for true yoga beginners but, may be good if you are pretty proficient in yoga and beginning flow for the first time. I’m the former so pretty out of my realm for now.

    I feel pretty good, but This was hard. It was way too fast. Probably fine for beginner teens and twenties, but too fast for thirty-five and above beginners. I didn’t do all, and not at this pace. I don’t like a hundred down dogs.

    Unfortunately, this title is misleading, this yoga video is not for beginners. This is really unmotivating because is a continuous struggle to keep up with her ...

    Am I the only one who thinks the fact that this is labeled for beginners is comical..? We don’t all look like her and half of these poses were literally impossible for me to follow especially in under 15 seconds of teaching it. If you’re a true beginner and overweight - I do not recommend this video. I will however come back to it once I feel more comfortable with my moves to see my progress.
