𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
0:04 Remove the bulb caps
0:10 Heat the headlight (1600 Watt heatgun/500 degrees Celsius) to soften the sealant
0:30 Unclip the lens and remove the lens when it's still hot
1:04 Remove the H7 bulb cap
1:17 Disconnect the reflector assembly from the housing
1:31 To mount the Mini H1 6.0 the H7 fitting has to be adjusted with a dremel tool to have enough thread exposed to screw the nut on the headlight.
1:58 Place the projector through the H7 fitting with the H7 adapter and nut
2:20 Place the bulb ring and secure it with the 3 screws
2:44 The Pegasus shroud has to be adjusted to fit in the reflector with a dremel tool
3:00 Insert the shroud centric ring in the shroud
3:20 Place the shroud and clean off all fingerprints
3:30 Connect the reflector assembly in the housing
3:52 Place the lens back on the housing
4:04 Heat the headlight again to soften the sealing and press the lens back on the housing

Retrofitting refers to the addition of new technology or features to older systems. These days there are a lot of people who put a simple plug & play xenon kit in their halogen headlight housing in an attempt to improve night vision and looks of their vehicle. In fact they don’t realize that their headlight beams are often worse than before. Night vision achieves relatively little improvement on night vision because of a poor beam pattern, which increases the blinding of other road users. This is because their headlight housings are designed for halogen and not xenon.
A true Bi-Xenon projector update is now possible for your car. Such an upgrade will significantly improve your light output from 700-2100 lumens to 2800 and 3500 lumens, without blinding other traffic with glare from your headlight. Upgrade your headlight OEM style!

Hi I did method 2 with the box. I have heated the headlight to 600 degrees for 20 minutes. but the glue is so hard that it does not open. what else can i do to open it.I am disappointed!!

c4 headlights are similar to those of c3. Once and mount these projectors in c4 but they were not of good quality, so I ask you because I have seen your videos and I liked the mini projectors h1, if I said that to mount bulb h7 no problem then it me with that.

Because we aimed the projectors while they were in the car without the glass front so we could adjust it a bit when the headlight was in the car.

Dudes nice work! Let me know if those headlights are originals or alternative market. Citroen uses Valeo here in South America, almost impossible open it up. I'm using TYC (brand) in my car retrofitted.

what temp do you get the lamp housing up to an waht was ypu using if you dont mind me asking
In general, 2 methods are used, with both methods, be careful and patient. Method 1 is using a regular oven. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. When ready, switch off the oven and place the headlight inside. Make sure that the headlight is not touching any metal of the oven by placing a cloth over the grid, for example. Leave the headlight in the oven for 10-15 minutes before opening it. If the headlight kit is not yet soft enough, put the headlight in the oven for a bit more time.
Method 2 is suitable for larger headlights that do not fit in a regular oven, or if your lovely wife absolutely does not allow car parts to be baked in her kitchen. A large cardboard box is used where hot air is blown through a heatgun. Make sure that the hot air of the heatgun does not blow directly to the headlight, place the headlight on small elevations so that the air can circulate properly through the box. We use a setting of 300 Degrees Celsius for 12-18 minutes / 1st lowest setting, depending on the size of the headlight.
