    I have autoimmune diseases and I have to train a body part every 4 days, or else I don’t recover. Keto/Carnivore has helped me immensely. I’ve lost 150lbs on Keto, & went from 321lbs to 170lbs. You are spot on with your advice. I train very very light now and concentrate on form and especially the eccentric part of a movement. Most of the time I only use 10lb dumbbells for curls, but I really concentrate on form & I’m ripped right now.
