- The MCU is officially half-way through 2024, with big news in the first half and a lot more to come in the second. Plus, looking back at X-Men ‘97 and ahead to Deadpool & Wolverine and Agatha All Along. Has 2024 been the good year for the MCU which many people have believed it needed?

Honestly, yeah this year has been way better received and commercial for Disney and marvel. Deadpool is gonna be massive

Echo just wasn't that good, if the truth be known. I know the ladies wanted to speak it into existence but it wasn't.
It was OK. Nothing more. Instantly forgettable. And just because the lead was an indigenous actor with a speech impediment, doesn't change it. I liked the character as it goes but the story just wasn't very good. And it ended badly.
Mmmyeah, it was aaight. I hoped it'd be better than it was so as to quiet the usual naysayers, but even _they_ didn't spend a great deal of grift time on it either, so…
Imma make this quick. Marvel doesn’t need to be save because they’re the best superhero franchise of all time and currently one of the best if not the best franchise right now. When you have been so consistent like marvel has your gonna have a lot of setbacks. But even with the setbacks we still have gotten peak comic book projects and do what marvel has been criticized before Covid happen is the MCU formula is getting old. Post Covid we have gotten experimental projects that has change the comic book standard. This isn’t the DCEU, Kevin feige knows what he’s doing so I think we shouldn’t lose confidence in him 💯💯💯💯💯💯
I love Jenna and her work but questioning deadpool Box office?
They are projecting it might do a quarter of a million now in its opening weekend. Three and half weeks out from the start date.
If this film gets good reviews and word of mouth it could get to 1.5bn. There is no chance this doesn't get to a billion worldwide at least.
