ഞാൻ നാല് കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് Stevia വാങ്ങി ( വലിയ വില കൊടുത്ത് ) ഒന്ന് രണ്ടു് പ്രാവശ്യം ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ട് കളഞ്ഞൂ. ഈ അടുത്ത ഇടയ്ക്ക് ഒന്ന് വീണ്ടും വാങ്ങി (4 വർഷം കൊണ്ടു് വല്ല മാറ്റവും ഉണ്ടായോ എന്ന് അറിയാൻ) 50 ൽ 48 stick അതുപോലെ ഇരിക്കുന്നൂ. ഇത് ഇട്ട് കുടിക്കുന്നതിൽ ഭേദം മധുരം ഇല്ലാതെ കുടിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

If u r looking for safety, plain Stevia is the best. But its taste might not please everyone.
Tropicana slim has a better taste, but as it contains Acesulfame, it's not as safe as plain Stevia.

Since 4 to 5 years Iam using stevia. First I got this from U S A.

Sugar free natura is Sucralose, which is extracted from sucrose (cane sugar). It is heat stable and doesn't have a bitter after taste. But it not considered safe in the long term, as it alters the intestinal pH and hence destroys the friendly bacteria in the intestine. However, u may use it sparingly, in the short term. Thanks...
