I am going to Porto in less than 2 weeks. I will be on my own, walking, taking photos and stopping for a beer and a snack, rinse and repeat! I can’t wait
Nice video, but if you are in Porto, you have to eat esparregado, and also try the breakfast with brioche and the full monte northern Portuguese breakfast. Enjoy my country. ❤🧡💚
It's not the same city or municipality, but it is in the district and metropolitan are of Porto. So he wasn't completely wrong. But I get why you corrected him.
hotdog and ham/cheese sandwich...i 'm sure they also have bakkeljau and boiled potatoes but i'm interested in the real food (if they have it anyway). I like good steaks/fishfillet marinated with nice sauce and mixed vegy and rice/pasta/potato/whatever..
😂😂😂 WE only went there because it's supposed to be the world's most beautiful McDonalds and we happened to be walking by. It definitely wasn't for the food...
You weren't wrong. You really tasted sardines, little sardines named "petinga". This guy trying to correct you, thought that you were eating "carapau/jaquinzinhos" which translation is Horse Mackerel. Mackerel in portuguesese is named "Cavala".
Soooo…the best food in Porto, a city that is world famous for it‘s kitchen, were 2 ham and cheese sandwiches and a Hot Dog? Dude, you really dig in deep hu? 😂
Those are the most common and traditional street foods and quick bites in Porto. We definitely missed some food while there as there are so many options! If you know of anything we missed, let us know so we can try it next time!
Beside the famous Francesinha there are several typically Portuguese dishes like Pastel de Bacalhau, Cachorros, Tripas a moda do Porto, Tremocos, Sardinas asadas etc. I can add easy more than 10 typical dishes this shows the range of variety Porto can serve…now search for some locations and therefore just a major rip. Visit the smallest darkest and hidest restaurants/locations to get the best food. Be aware of the tourist traps you find in most of the food blogger vid/shorts

Esparregado no porto ??? 😂
The Port Wine caves are not in Porto, they're in Vila Nova de Gaia, a completely different city, municipality and county.
Thanks for the correction! The Port wine caves were a fantastic experience and a really neat part of the Porto food scene.

@@MYTravelBF Well then how about "most common street food" for a video title instead of "Best food in porto"? Ah, I forgot...clickbait...makes sense.
😅
Thank you for watching and commenting!
8 minutes it's shorts
A local legend? Thanks for watching and commenting! We hope you enjoyed it!
Come on...Portuguese music, please.
Sorry the music wasn't your favorite! Thanks for watching!
Not the best sites to enjoy that typical food…you was commercially guided as Bourdain did! Sorry! Prosit! 😂😂😂
That just means we'll have to come back! Maybe you can guide was around to better places next time. Thanks for watching!
You are reporting about food choices in Porto, and then eat at McDonalds - no thank you. You will never by my food guide
We didn’t go there for the food, only because it’s supposedly the world’s most beautiful McDonald’s. Thanks for watching!
You talking about phenomenal food of Portugal (Porto) and showing only tourist traps nice food blogger 🤢🤮
@@NoRacist-j1g sorry the video disappointed you. Where should we go next time we’re back? Which is hopefully soon!

A lot of the food was surprisingly heavy, but it was tasty. We'll make sure to post the prices in future food videos!
