Bro - the emergency key is the tool to open the case right in the middle. Insert and into the tight section and twist.

its even easier than this. if you just use the key that slides out, it fits perfect in a slot positioned center, and you just insert it and twist........you video recomendation could in fact cause harm to the key, and these are super expensive to replace
