Great video! I was a blackjack dealer for three episodes of S2, filmed inside a studio west of Atlanta. The set designers did an incredible job with the inside of the "Belle." You really thought you were in a casino- except for the machines not making any noise. It's so quiet you could hear a pin drop.
@@wrldchamps04 Based in Atlanta, I acted for 3-years prior to Covid literally stopping everything in production. I've played blackjack a lot and really like it, but no, I've never been a dealer. I had four days to learn the ropes, or at least look the part. Lol.
Just shows you how much augmented CGI set work goes on with this show. Mindhunter was the same, lots of post production tweaks to get the settings and seasons correct.
I like the Ozark movie, I finished all the season and episodes. But Im really surprised that they filmed the movie in Georgia and not in the actual place Ozark, Missouri.
Thank you, I live at the Tenn. Ga. State line North from there, It will take than two hours to get there, I will travel this spring down there. I am a huge fan also of Ozark.
Thank you for making the two videos. They made me feel like I was in the car with you. Normally I wouldn’t be interested in something like a tour of movie star homes in Hollywood but I enjoyed taking your tour and I saved myself at least $20 in parking.
I live in Georgia and I was a kid in the 1970's. The paddle boat named the Missouri Belle used to run and I have rode on it all across the lake in Stone Mountain Park. This was in the 70's so I don't know if the paddle boat still works and gives people rides. Great Video. I was thinking that Amy's road side market was north of Gainesville on I-985 headed toward Baldwin, GA but it was just a guess and it looked familiar because I used to live near Baldwin, GA and I thought it was an apple stand..
This is sooo flippin' cool! Thanks for doing all this work to show us all these locations where the show was filmed. We live in Washington but flew down to Decatur, GA back in October to adopt a baby. Wild to see that many of these spots were only half an hour away.
Very cool- We lived in Flowery Branch Georgia for 5 years and the "Byrde" hourse was about a 3 minute drive from the house we were renting. They also filmed right on our street and I let the production use my lower drive way as Craft Services and our garage as a temporary "school" for Skylar Gaertner (jonah) and Sofia Hublitz (charlotte). Skylar's father was there as well etc. They used our upper driveway to shoot from, huge crew and Jason Bateman directing from right in front of our driveway. I shot video of it but did not have the nerve to ask for a picture or anything.
im so glad i found your channel i also enjoy going to places where great shows like Ozark are filmed ive been wanting to do this for many year but my (ex) wife didnt enjoy, she found it to be boring well no longer married i will for sure (thanks to you) start my journey hopefully ill get some videos up for other like us to enjoy thank you joe from miami
Joce, really enjoyed this. Live in Minneapolis and have worked in Georgia a lot. Was cool to see that a majority of your research paid off! We thank you!!!
I always wonder how they choose houses to film in, like Sue’s house, did they just walk up to the home and ask the owners “hey can we use your house for our show?”😂🤷♀️ Great video💜🙌🏼
Awesome job! Thank you so much for taking us on that little journey, I enjoyed it very much. One of the best series I’ve ever watched. Sad that it’s coming to an end, but I can’t wait for part 2 of season 4.
Nice!!!! I just watched the first video and loved it. I subscribed so I guess now you're gonna have to make more videos of everything filmed down there! 😆😆😆 Great job!
Great stuff! I visited Georgia from the UK 5 years ago and did my own tour of some other film locations, so it’s a lot of fun now as a huge Ozark fan, seeing spots that are literally right down the street from some of those places!
Awesome!Thankyou. And Enjoy Season 4 I'm so excited to watch the new season. This show has to be one of my favorites. It's very sad it's the last season wrapping up but I'm sure the ending will not disappoint!
What is Missouri Belle in real life? Just a tour/ riverboat? What is Navarro's home in real life? Thanks great part 2. Looking forward to season 4 part 2! I wish they'd release 1 per week lol
Thanks for posting. As you panned around the inside of the restaurant, I thought I saw what looked like a plaque in one of the booths - possibly to commemorate the exact booth that was used in the filming? Also, where is Ruth's compound with the trailers? Did you locate that spot?
Hi , my daughter and I went to personally see locations of Ozark filming locations. The Langmore’s trailers are very close to the Byrde house. We found the road but it was barricaded to where we couldn’t enter it’s on Chestnut Ridge Road In Flowering Branch Ga. Also the road was used for action shots like Cade getting shot and the Snells grabbing Jonah and shaving his head partially.
hey! in the last 9 episodes, do you know where the court is where they go to family court and wendy has that gut-wrenching scene with her father on the steps? I was curious!
I could tell, when Wendy pulled over before she went on her drinking binge after her brother's hit that she was beside hwy 985 (side road). I recognized the local businesses and the peach pass on the hwy signs even tho they tried to blurr the hwy signs. Btw for any out of towners, you cannot drive in the peach pass lane without a hefty fine to avoid traffic. I see it daily ppl trying to avoid traffic with that PP lane but that ticket is on it's way. Also, its illegal to hold up traffic in the left lane so GET OVER! Slower traffic! Stop slowing everyone else down. THANKS

Woah!! Now that's some insider information! Thank you :)
Were you an actor prior to that? Did you learn to deal for real? (I was for 19 years)

I enjoyed this blog.
Thank you pretty lady.
Awesome video, if you’re going to do a part 3 can you possibly find out where Ruth/wyatt’s campground was?
Yes! Haha that's the one location I'm dying to see

Joce, really enjoyed this. Live in Minneapolis and have worked in Georgia a lot. Was cool to see that a majority of your research paid off! We thank you!!!
One of the most powerful scenes of the whole series was that last Wendy and Ben sequence at that restaurant and then when she makes the call
So True!

You did excellent!!! We appreciate your work!!! It is fun to see the places from a different perspective
I always wonder how they choose houses to film in, like Sue’s house, did they just walk up to the home and ask the owners “hey can we use your house for our show?”😂🤷♀️ Great video💜🙌🏼
My thoughts exactly! Something I'm fascinated to learn. Like is it the location scout?

Awesome content. My girlfriend and I love doing this as well. We never recorded it though. Thank you for sharing.
Love that!
That’s crazy! Alpharetta is the only part of Atlanta I like. Roswell/Alpharetta
hey! in the last 9 episodes, do you know where the court is where they go to family court and wendy has that gut-wrenching scene with her father on the steps? I was curious!
That's just down the road from the "Camden Co Sheriff's Dept" in Doraville. 3725 Park Ave Doraville, GA-Doraville City Hall.
You're a natural on camera.
Thanks!
super awesome!!
RIP Ben
Hi 👋 Joce 😉
All this time I thought they actually filmed in the Missouri ozarks
Same
I guess they only filmed those amazing flyover shots there.
Cool videos. What town is the drive-in theater located? Do they still have movies?
It's southeast Atlanta. Yep! They still show movies
@1:38 "Ruth is beat up to death" ?????
Sorry! Wrong terms haha
This HARD 🔥🔥🔥
I wanna see Langmore property so bad 😭
Are trailers where Ruth lives inside and just a set?
I'm not sure. I've seen people say they're right down the road from the Byrd house, so I think it's an actual location.
DOPE!!
