Have you ever watched breaking bad? I was a huge Breaking Bad fan and still am, I never thought a show could rival it until I watched Ozark. If you haven’t seen it yet you should really check it out, I’m honestly not sure which show I enjoy more now.
Darlene's character is really scary, I feel like whenever she comes on the screen something bad will happen. Even when she holds the baby I feel like she'll be about to go get some lemonade.
i love everything about the show ..but on top is the way Marty's reations are always so calm and full of wisdom when there is chaos and that even without saying a word........magnificient acting by J.B
that's just how jason seems like in real life as well....i love how watching the show makes you feel like you can handle anything...life just goes on, you just get on with the next thing

@@switchunboxing He's a fantastic actor. Maybe he just subconsciously reminds you of someone you don't like. Because though he's calm, there's a quiet intensity to his reserved demeanor. My favorite character on the show followed by Julia Garner's Ruth Langmore. Those two make the show but it's a great cast altogether.
sunsn7 No I just think he’s not a great actor. Not comparable to Ruth whatsoever. Even if you watch interviews with him, he doesn’t seem much different from Marty. He’s essentially just being himself in different situations on these Netflix shows. Maybe you’re not as perceptive or able to look at his acting critically.
sunsn7 Ruth reacts in different ways and shows different sides in a deep way. She’s strong. She’s sensitive. She’s tough and commanding. She’s submissive, loving, and sad. She’s protective. Her accent takes a lot of talent. Marty is just like “No no I can fix this just trust me” over and over with someone smartass comment as a reply to everyone. Then he has to yell every once in awhile when folks are after him. That’s about it.
When Buddy took the Bullets out of the gun that the boy had hid in the woods to keep him from killing anyone.. Then Buddy doing the job himself was great stuff.
We all knew buddy wasn't long for the show, you could not help but really getting attached to him, he single-handedly helped out each of the Byrds in his own way. Amazing character, and truly missed.

I have to say, that Ben's struggle and the struggle of his family gave me a whole knew perspective of what it means to be bipolar and/or have a loved-one who is bipolar. I can see how difficult it is...
As a resident of the Ozarks, I was a little stung that they chose to recreate our natural beauty in another location. But that faded when I got into the show itself; what stunning camera work: Those blue hues set the tone perfectly. And the story line is more relatable to me than BB. But comparing the two is apples and oranges to me; both impeccably cast and played. Ahhhhh, near perfection.
This is filmed in Georgia just like almost every popular tv show. It’s amazing to see how quickly Georgia is replacing California as the film capital of the world. Most Marvel movies are also filmed in the state as well.
@@originalredneckgirl It is overdone a little; but actually I expected worse. And some of the cast is doing great in that area. When the old couple who owned the big muddy casino/hotel that Wendy was trying to buy, had a walk in the park and a conversation where the wife berated the husband and he only extended his arm in self defense, but she ended up tumbling down and tumbling down, and tumbling into the drink...hilarious. Absolutely everything you said! I'm the same, never felt the desire to see watch it, and within one episode I binge watched it and now having withdrawals waiting for Season 5 (meant part 2 of season 4)! I was actually shocked and saddened by Helen's exit.
The Lab Photography, I agree with you 100%. My heart was racing immediately after that scene, so I had to pause it. I caught my breath & rewound it to the beginning of that scene & watched it again. Just fantastic dialogue & superb acting! ( I've wondered since then, how many takes did it take for Jason & Laura to nail it?)

Ben's actor delivered some of the most memorable scenes in season 3. I was kept on my toes every time when he is involved in a scene knowing that he might explode anytime. Excellent acting.
Ben was my favorite character, and I felt like I was on that emotional rollercoaster as well. The hardest part was when his character died. Man, tears were in my eyes. This show has some of the best acting I've seen in a while.
That scene in the Taxi…was one of the most incredible performances I’ve ever seen…in my entire life. Tom Pelfrey deserves every single award there is. Beautiful. Talk about talent. Damn.
Wow! Mad respect for Janet McTeer! I can't imagining how being waterboarded could be described as "fun". I had know idea that the graphic that opened Ozark actually spelled out the word. I'll have to go back and look again. That is brilliant! This show has reached the same level as the best dramas I've ever seen.
When Ruth dies, the show dies with her. She is no longer a supporting actress. She deserves lead actress title and pay. Her performance is so good that it’s captivating.
@@msrhondakay5880 I too, love Ruth, but that smart mouth is getting tired, it seems they are trying to show more sides to her and that is good, I loved the water boarding scene, and her relationship with Wyatt is good too. One small nit pick, you dont go from little or no real education, to just about running a casino, that is a big time stretch, never happen.
Hands down...favorite scene of season 3 was when Sue the therapist drove up to the Byrds in the yellow sports car....you knew she was done. Can' t wait for season 4! Hope Wyatt leaves his grandmother/lover.🤮
Ben’s monologue is right up there with the best of Hamlet’s. Stellar acting. Just wish they’d done one rolling take instead of breaking it up with different cameras. Hope he gets an Emmy!!!!
The thing that really makes Ozark so great are the brilliant antagonists. Having someone to truly hate is what hooks me into a show even deeper. And there are so many amazing antagonists in this show.
Season 4 can't come quick enough for me personally, outstanding show throughout with everyones characters being portrayed superbly. To pick a single favourite scene is impossible for me but a few spring to mind such as Del assassinating Martys coworkers in the first episode, Wendys lover being thrown from the building, Dels unexpected death, Jacobs death scene with Darlene, Ruths waterboarding scene and of course the final scene with Helen and Navarro. Those are only a few of those too as i could've gone on for ages about how many scenes hit like a ton of bricks. Quite possibly the best show I've ever watched in my life.
Oh yeah ahaha, that's such a great scene. But hard to beat the taxi monologue scene from Ben in episode 9. Well... Ben's episode, episode 9, is one of the strongest acting by an actor I've ever seen in an episode.
I watched all the 3 complete seasons in one week... first timer and already like it, all the turn downs of the characters, The big O with the objects inside at the beginning wow, keep me at the edge!
My favorite scene was Ben’s monologue in the taxi. Brilliant acting and writing that deserves the Emmy.
Yes! His career should skyrocket after that monologue. What a performance!
Agreed!! That was so well done!! I could feel every emotion!
Mind blowing excuse the pun.

The 3r season finally esp. was powerful! That can happen with life.... something wild and unexpected from left field. It gave a lasting impression.
Love love the show. Hurry up and get season 4 going plz.
I love this show, can't wait for the next season!!!!
Will I watch Season 4?! As long as you don't kill Ruth. I'll watch till season ten.
When Ruth dies, the show dies with her. She is no longer a supporting actress. She deserves lead actress title and pay. Her performance is so good that it’s captivating.
They will have a tough time killing off anyone still there. Bring Ben back!
Hmmm, killing Ruth is not a bad idea (sarcasm).
@@shawn2004grad that better be sarcasm. LOL
Hope Wyatt leaves his grandmother/lover.🤮
i have never seen anything with tom pelphrey before, I think he was amazing! in this season. really talented actor.
yourcrapp check out banshee
Justin Landon i will, thanks for the tip.
yourcrapp I saw him years ago briefly on a soap. He stood out then. So glad he showed up here.
I just realize that Wendy and Walter throw something hilarious on the roof
Can’t wait for season 4. Great series.
Can’t wait for season 4. Zipped through season 3 in no time since I couldn’t stop watching
Absolutely will watch season 4. Soon, I hope!! Best show ever!
Can’t wait for season 4
AWESOME SERIES...Need more episodes per season!!! SUPERB Acting and Writing!!!
Ben’s monologue is right up there with the best of Hamlet’s. Stellar acting. Just wish they’d done one rolling take instead of breaking it up with different cameras. Hope he gets an Emmy!!!!
Season 4? I’ve already written it in my head! Can’t wait.
Favourite scene was without a doubt the opener for episode 6 season 3. Marty and Wendy's argument at the therapists, phenomenal stuff
Oh yeah ahaha, that's such a great scene. But hard to beat the taxi monologue scene from Ben in episode 9. Well... Ben's episode, episode 9, is one of the strongest acting by an actor I've ever seen in an episode.
Of COURSE I'll watch Season 4. Hurry up, already!
Soooo looking forward to season 4. It’s an awesome show!!!
Just watched all 3 seasons this week for the first time and loved it! I need Season 4 now please! :)
THIS WEEK? Haha
When Darlene killed her husband Jacob. That was one of the most powerful scene with “Wichita lineman “ as the background music
Shows like this, you hope will never end!!
Love, love, love this show! Come on, Season 4!!!👍👍
I watched all the 3 complete seasons in one week... first timer and already like it, all the turn downs of the characters, The big O with the objects inside at the beginning wow, keep me at the edge!
Yes to a season 4. Great show we couldn't stop watching it.
Yes def! Can't wait for season 4. My fav is Ruth Langmore 😎

I can't wait for season 4. This series is over the top in all ways. Talent and originally to spare.
Gotta tell you, while this series is great, I’m in it for Ruth!
My favorite screen was when Jonah held the gun on Helen. I will watch season 4!!
