Well to be fair, shes 14!! (15 idk I forgot) A lot of her impulsiveness and chaos come from her being a teenager still figuring things out, I think that makes her pretty realistic, even if it can be frustrating at times :3
You haven't watched enough modern cartoons then yet. Star can be annoying but it's endearing annoying. Like it would be bad if it was someone you actually had to deal with without the magic but it's a cartoon character who can't really interact with you so it's fine.
