Puppy Mill? All small and in-demand-size dogs, so it sure looks like it. Glad the children and dogs were rescued. Hope ALL will receive the care they now need.
usual suspects, they were breeding them, probably selling to petland and other stores, small dogs are getting harder to find and probably will e adopted fast
So they shut down a puppymill, but the ones who need help the MOST are those poor neglected children. The children are the victims!! While the animal situation is sad some of those dogs if NOT most are going to have lifetime problems. Maybe all the dogs will make it.... But what about the kids, what happens to them, and who is coming to their rescue.

When a lot of the dogs look alike, neighbors probably could not tell how many there----thought they were seeing the same ones, over, and over.
