i have read some studies that have found that psychiatric diagnosis are prevalent in the practicing psychiatrist profession. they are not Gods! I have personally witnessed psychiatrists in mental health services that act more bizarrely than their patients. Just sayin

@@roses4199 Ms. Arnold, AH's entertainment expert said that JD could not claim damages for losing Pirates 6 because it hadnt been "green lit" and even went so far to say that you cant claim damages for having lost something that hasnt happened. She then proceeds to share how much AH has "lost" but most of what she shares never happened or hasnt happened yet. JD's team produced an expert which disputed AH's damage claims (discounting AH's experts' testimony) proving any opportunities lost werent tied to the Waldman statements on her allegations against JD.
We know you can claim damages for lost opportunities if the loss was caused by someone else. There's just a double-standard with AH's "experts" views that JD cannot claim damages but AH can for career opportunities lost.

Having suffered at the hands of a partner who liked to 'pick a fight then make up and hug', this whole expose resonates with me. I could never figure out how a 'How are you?' could turn into a violent argument. I learned to say 'Whatever you think is best, dear.' to any questions about anything.

I so disagree with him about falling asleep with ice cream on your lap without having had drugs, I was a LPN and worked a double shift 3 days in a row, I came home after falling asleep in the car driving home for a brief moment, to fall asleep again with a cup of hot coffee spilling on my lap. And it didn't wake me up. I woke up only because my alarm was going off to take children to school. And I wasn't on any kind of drugs other then nicotine and caffeine.
Totally agree. I’m in the same nursing profession and ANYBODY WHO WORKS 12 to 16 hour shift can easily pass out in various ways with coffee, food, drinks, ice cream, cigarettes. Try being THAT EXHAUSTED! Add even melatonin or any sleep aid to help you stay asleep and you could get people who looked drugged up, intoxicated, on drugs but what they really suffer from is utter exhaustion. There is no way to say he didn’t just pass out from exhaustion in these pictures. Ie literally fallen asleep on my feet!

Depp is in his late 50s and probably leads a hyperactive lifestyle for his age. Just falling asleep at random places at random times is pretty common for people his age.

I find it interesting that according to their own points against Depp, that he was potentionally vulnerable when he met and married her became worse when with her, which would make sense suffering with Heard nonsense and abusive behaviour even before she divorced him. Her claims certainly added to his inability to secure roles.

I am a psychiatrist myself and I feel ashamed of this spectacle. It
makes me worry about the portrayal of our profession. Please know that
most psychiatrists are decent, trustworthy doctors, especially the ones
who have had their training more recently (the quality of training has
improved hugely over the last decades). Most of us have had excellent,
diligent training and we work in accordance with the highest ethical
standards. This is one of those old bad apples in our field who make
things more difficult for younger generations of psychiatrists. I hope
he retires soon.
I have met more doctors om all kinds of fields that are like him than not.
Ibfound spme young doctors years back rhat are not like him and held on to them all.
Sadly for me they are getting to the age of retirement and cutting back on hours and i dred having to searxh our new ones. Praying the field has weaned out guys like him.
The other thing happening is as the doctors age, and costs rise, theyare selling their practices to other groups. Recently my opthomologist did that. The company i have to go through to see him is manned by rude and unprofessional computer nerds wirh no customer service skills. I gave them 3 years and decided that should this same behavior happen the 4th year, i was going to tell my doctor goodbye.
January, my apppintment date i scheduled a year prior, it happened.
They set up a protocol that required me to see one of their "doctors" optometrits brfore being allowed to see my Doctor.
Nope.
Now i am stuck with the doctor that is under my insurance. At least the have a better customer service.
Going to a head doc is so much more serious than an eye doctor and you get one of these...no wonder there sre do many mentally ill untreated!

something interesting is happening… when Elaine speaks to an AH witness they answer to the jury. When cross examined they answer to the lawyer. I feel like I’m seeing a lot of practiced performances.
That’s typically how it goes if it’s a witness of the defendant or Vice versa os called they meet to “rehearse” how to present in favor of the story.
She is not giving an educational background. This was work experience.

Take his medical license. 45 mg of Adderall a day is lower than most with adhd and it's prescribed for a serious mental disability. Gabapentin is combined with it to ease the anxiety from Adderall. I take 30 mg extended release in the morning and 2 15 mg instant throughout the day

Experts analysis should be provided by the court and not from the parties involved in the suit. None of the “experts” from each side were unbiased. They only highlighted points that supported narrative of their side.
