I'm rebuilding some 350x forks now. The manual has you put it together, then tap your seal down! If you don't have the special tool, well it makes it extremely difficult to put together. This video is awesome in that it simplifies everything because you can put your slider and seals in without the tube being there until after. You just helped me out exponentially!!! Same thing basically.. most guys put 6-7 ozs
6.8 Oz is in fact almost 7 Oz.
