It’s a great trail for snowboarders too. Beginners may have some issues holding speed for the flats though. Fantastic views and well worth the skate too
@@PuzzoozooI’m going to Jan 21-26, be careful going around mlk day 3 day weekends are popular out there. I’m just hoping the lines are short and Christmas decorations are still up
One of the top 5 green runs in the world. Long, wide, high, snow-sure and great view.
Just did this today!
Awesome, I hope you got some good turns and great views!
Way too busy. I'd like to see a long wide green run that blue and black skiers/boarders weren't allowed on.
You might have to go to Europe for the long wide green run. Many green runs are "slow zones", is that what you'd like to see more of?
Is this better suited for skiers? All the snowboarders I saw were sitting down; must’ve been tiring for them having to traverse the trail 🤣

im planning on going jan 5th-12th, will all the trails be open?
Most likely. Normally the alpine is open by around the mid to end of December but it really depends on the snowfall. Fingers crossed for this year!
@@RawPOV Is it generally quiet in January?
@@Puzzoozoo , January is a good time to visit. There is normally a good base by then and the runs are much less busy than over Christmas

Might go there for January 2025.
Absolutely awesome
Which way did you take to get to the top of Burnt stew? Marmot or Matthews traverse?
This was from the top of harmony chair. Skiing Matthew’s Traverse then Burnt Stew is amazing on a clear day!
I trued go there but i landed somewhere else.
