Hello Priya,
I was never attracted to Indian law, until I got entangled into it, few years ago.
My son, who is studying law shared your channel with me. I am now a regular here.
I would like to bring in, one discussion about Article 15, revolved around reservation. A point came up, that article 15 is not reappealed till date for a chnage in % reservation till date..though Centre has power to do so.
I could never find what was the back story and what is the current state of this. A brief video on this will help. Thanks in advance.
And keep uploading such meaningful videos for such layman like us. God bless you!! 🙏🏻
Thank you didi, such vids help a lot with the interview im appearing for soon.
What suprime court has done this time truly disappointing, they know that there is a right wing government but still pushed the matter towards ministers, and now this people's struggle would still remain just to live a normal life ,from the very beginning of history if there are a section of society who is more tortured than women it's LGBT people. And I see no hope for them.
And what the hell left wing govt dobw in these years. Even decriminalization happened after 2014.
Right wing govt has nothing to do with what they are doing in bedroom but marriage is about parenting , a child needs both mother and father.
LGBT is western disease. This should be criminal offence in India.
@@debabratadatta3696 you people are really fool decriminalizing happened because it's court that gives the judgement not govment but now sc directed the matter towards govment.

My opinion is everyone has the right to live, the right to privacy. Lgbt people are also humans, parliament should make laws for both man(bcz there are already many laws against man) and lgbt people , but I don't think we should give LGBT the right to marry, they can live together even without marriage.
No don't need
@@eyarennistical672 why?
The problem is with some woke lgbt people ,they influence normal people and young people in general and want others to join their community but normal lgbtq people should not suffer because of them. Personally i think they are also humans and should get equal rights like us 🗿🗿
@@notanyoneelseforsure one should remember that LGBT is spectrum and third gender is one of them . third gender are by born like this but others in spectrum some are not so these woke people make this community toxic thts why right to marriage is false and don't needed . the normal third gender don't do stuff of manipulating teens mind to be LGBT there's case of LGBT usa that LGBT teachers teaching students from 11 yr child how LGBT works in school like wtf !! 😮
@@eyarennistical672 I didn't even give my advice or opinion to you. You are yourself coming to my comment and then saying no need 😂 mene to tumhe kuch kaha hi nhi Jo no need bol rahe ho 😂
Those who were celebrating SC's verdict to not legalize SSM are the same ones who say homosexuality is unnatural. You abide by the Court's verdict don't you? This is why you were celebrating that verdict. But in the 2018 case, the Court struck down article 377 which said homosexuality is unnatural, so the court doesn't think it's unnatural. Now, abide by this verdict too, if you're not a hyp0crite.
Scientifically, homosexuality is perfectly natural. There's a long list of animals, especially mammals, that display homosexual behaviour. Do you think those animals were also influenced by Western propaganda? You think this is a mental illness, then why doesn't any credible doctor agree with you or come up with a "treatment"? You think it's abnormal because gays can't have children. Except they can. Through ivf and adoption. Even if they don't, it doesn't make them unnatural. Not everything in nature is meant to reproduce. E.g., female worker bees, infertile human couples, etc.
Instead of giving excuses to justify your hatred for different people, accept your big0try and work to get rid of it. Gays are here to stay, hom0phobes aren't.

But ma'am...the right to marry is considered a fundamental right in India. It is enshrined in the Indian Constitution under Article 21, which guarantees the right to life and personal liberty. This right includes the freedom to marry and choose one's partner, subject to certain reasonable restrictions imposed by law.
Are u also gay?
Right to marry a person of one's choice with reasonable restrictions was recognised under Article 21.
Maam I think right to marriage should be fundamental rights based on recent judgements.

No point in comparison between US SC and SC of India. SC of India follows PROCEDURE ESTABLISHED BY LAW whereas US SC follows DUE PROCESS OF LAW. Respect to the SC decision. The SC had already directed the courts to refrain from judicial activism. Therefore the case doesn't fails, it's my personal opinion same as yours.

NAZ foundation has been awful for india. You (govt) need to ban them from your nation like many others have done.
Why???
Bro! It's a time to give up such kind of cheap mentality
Adapt right level of mind set
Have u any idea which kind of suffering they have to bear .they r continuously having struggling with their identity or emotions. We may be sympathize or against them but I don't think any normal person can ever be empathise with them.
Instead of all of these If they get a right to have partner who faced same journey, isn't make things little easy to them.
My only CONCLUSION is if we can't able to support or give them painfree life
Let them not prevent to be ek dusre ka sathi
Tum log apni marzi se shadi krte ho jite ho to unko kis hk se rok rhe ho hote kon bo unki life ka decision lene vaale unki taklif me to sath nii the ap society legacy k naam pe jhuta drama kyu.......
