He got scammed and got a bad rep by that croatian scammer friend of his who maligned him in the entire community and lied about how Heera scammed her but reality is the opposite.

Arslan was also caught and then spag(commentator) and other people who came in support for him gave very lame excuses. We have a history of playing pirated games so its was not a surprise. Baaz gauntlet didn't ban Arslan because he is a brand and good for bussiness unlike Hera. So banning only Hera is hypocrisy on their part.
