I have the same pads on my R/T plus with dual piston rotors but they should fit on yours as well here’s the link to there website just fill in your car info and when you select you’re pads they give you options where to buy them from but when you order for you’re front and rear they should send you the correct amount of pads you will need so 1 order for the front should come with 4 pads same with 1 order for the rear
So basically the squeaking noise is from cheap brake pads? I had my 09 challenger srt for 5 months and the brakes are squeaking more and more by the week. I took them off to replace and seen they were the exact thickness of the new ones so I put it back and greased it and the squeaking went away for about 3 days then came back. So which brake pads are better to avoid that cause bumper to bumper traffic is horrible
I personally like the power stop ones. From me using them I have yet to hear them squeak no matter how dirty the car ones. I don't think the brembos are "cheaper" quality I think it just comes down to the amount of brake dust they produce.
@@waltersantos3401 haha its cool, i just like the power ones better been looking for one but theyre all wireless and i feel like they dont have enough to take out the challenger wheels
I don't have the "noise" with my 6 piston brembos, my 2012 SRT had that issue, must be the 4 Pots for some reason....I wear my Brembo Brake dust with pride, then again I use Autoglym wheel protector so I can just rinse off the dust lol. also.. YEAH! WHITE KNUCKLE PAINT BRO! YOU GO BROHAM!
I got the exact same brake pads power stop. They're not as good as OEM brake pads that come from Mopar Brembo. Note that these are carbon ceramic brake pads an oems are semi-metallic. Carbon ceramic last longer but braking power is low, semi metallics don't last longer and can wear your rotor faster but they are powerful as f***. Get oem or any other semi metallic
Given the way the brake system works, if your pads aren't wearing, as evidenced by dust, then your rotors are. Also, EVERYONE KNOWS BREMBO IS BETTER THAN POWERSTOP. I wish you would all stop avoiding the elephant in the room, you bought powerstop because you either couldn't afford or didn't want to spend the money for brembos, THAT'S THE REAL TRUTH.
130 foot pounds is for non SRT’s and scats with the 4 piston Brembos, 111 is for scats and srt’s with the 6 pistons cause of the 2 piece rotors, it’s fine to torque non srt’s and 4 piston scats to 111, but you shouldn’t go over on the 2 piece rotors, might over torque and crack the inside part of the rotor
Hey Walter. I know this is an older video but just wanted to say thanks it was very helpful.
Great info fam thanks dealership’s will have u pay like 1700 for brakes all around
I’m gonna do that this weekend for a friend thanks ..looks easy easy 😂
I did it already it was easy that way thanks again the only problem is those cars are very low 😂😂👍
Hell yea loved how u explained it u would say the term and you would even point it out very informative
What kind of lubricant do you apply to the brake pads?...
How many should I buy if I wanna replace front and rear breaks pads??
and will it fit on a 21 chally widebody scat ?

Do u need to bleed brakes or anything afterwards?
No you just need to break them in but the instructions are on the box!
You don’t have to bleed the pads ?
Yes always should, he didn’t do it but it’s recommended after changing pads
Link for front and rear brakes and rotors?
plz somebody tell which z26 i need for my 2020 scat pack 4 piston brembo
PowerStop Z26 1298 for the front
PowerStop Z26 1053 for the rear.
Seems like all scat pack 4 piston up to at least 2021 use these pads.
Did your rims come that color ? I have a 2015 scatpack shaker w the chrome and black rims , i really like that color
Yes, they came like this from the factory! I think it's a color on newer models I've seen some new RTs with the same color.
Where did you get the tool for the wheels is it air or power?
It's power i'm not even sure where it's from its so old lol.

@@F34RSANTHOSH From my experience this one has lasted for ever haha. I feel the same way though I feel like wireless doesn't perform as well.
@@waltersantos3401 yup that’s why I like the wired one you don’t have to worry about charge and it run out in the middle of working on the car
@@F34RSANTHOSH I found out its from black and decker. I skimmed online but couldn't find the exact one.
What rotors are those on your challenger?…. Part number or link.
They are the stock rotors that come from factory. I believe the part number is 5290537AD they are for the 4 piston brakes.

Could be just a 4 piston brake thing I know other scatpack owners with the smaller brakes with the same issues. Lol hell yeah thank man!
Be nice if the damn pins cooperated 😅
Your not wrong about the brake dust, it's freekin annoying, whats your thoughts on the ceramic pads, im about to order some

It always pisses me off to watch people put chemicals on their cars with bare hands like it 100% isn't seeping into your bloodstream.

@@speedracer9220 nope a clown is someone who spends money or gets sponsored to make their car worse.
@@kelvinbrown4274 Brembo makes brake pads??

My pads rotors and calipers all say brembo on them. Actually think I might have a set now, see if I can send a pic
