We don’t care about a bad reputation.
Geminis are the sign of communication. If people are talking shit about us, our first instinct isn’t to shut them up. It’s a sort of, “Hmm, tell me more,” interest. Compare this to signs who take much more pride in being well-loved, Leos and Libras, for instance, and you’ll find a lot more backlash and emotional cease and desist! outcries if anyone tries to say anything even neutral about them. Geminis are fine with news of them being shared, good and bad; and so we share news of others, good and bad.
2. We don’t stand up for ourselves.
This ties into not caring what other people think of us. We’re not fighters and we’re not really a powerful sign. We’re mutable and airy. The way we approach conflict is with a detached, “Oh, well” and then we go about our day. Listen, the quickest way to offend someone is to show how little their opinion matters to you.
3. When we’re bad, we’re really, really bad.
Look, like 90% of the time, we behave ourselves. We just get no credit for it because if everything is going right, no one even has a passing through of how much work is put into making sure things are running smoothly. They only pay attention to hiccups and mistakes. And…the thing about Geminis is we tend to live in extremes. We’re very good when we’re good; it’s how we’re basically everyone’s running buddy. But when we’re pushed…we definitely take it too far.
The 10% of the time that we lose ourselves to doing wrong is what gets us in trouble because most people don’t expect it. This is why other signs call us duplicitous and two-faced. Because we don’t often show this side. And we don’t often show this side BECAUSE we know it’s bad, but when we explode we feel vindicated because we never get to be bad. But everyone around is shocked because they would’ve never expected such behavior to come from us. …Oh, well. This is what Marylin Monroe meant when she said that line about “If you can’t handle my worst, then you don’t deserve my best”.
4. We’re very independent.
Geminis value lots of freedom, so we tend to cross more controlling/authoritive personalities. Again, we are mutable air…so that’s kind of everyone. This independence translates into a easy-come, easy-go nature. It’s not that we can’t commit, but we’re not going to be into a friendship that makes us feel trapped.
5. We are facilitators of drama.
Sign of communication, remember? People see this as drama-starting, but remember what I said about Gemini not being a strong sign? We’re rather finicky. What people don’t realize is that Geminis don’t start drama. We just become easy scapegoats for it due to all the traits I just listed. Usually the toxicity is rooted elsewhere. A Gemini is only as toxic as the social circle they roll with, so if you think you got rid of the problem by getting rid of a Gemini, you probably didn’t. You only got rid of the amplifier. Someone else is going to be covertly starting shit and you did away with the one person who could’ve been able to help tell you who. Instead of hating on Geminis for the noise we cause, it’d be a lot wiser for others to see us as the smoke detectors. We sound the alarm when the air’s become tainted. so if you can’t handle a Gemini your weak af

Something a Gemini did to me was that they blamed me for something I never even did and they acted like I admitted it when I didn’t and up to today I’m still upset abt it because like I could’ve gotten suspended...

LACK OF DIRECTION : OM! My friends are jealous coz I always get the job that I WANT (AT THE MOMENT) then suddenly I change my mind and want to proceed to my next plan while they remain struggling and unemployed.
