Asha Marjee i think the difference is that, bipolar, the person kinda goes from happy to angry in a matter of minutes when the setting or environment hasn’t changed. Happy to angry is an example but I believe its when the mood changes in a sudden time , that other persons like “dude? Nothings even happening...” (ive dealt with some bipolar people, including my brother) and we gemini change our moods or actions when we saw something, felt something, are thinking alot, day to day and sorta reflect and think okay...im not feeling silly today, i just want to keep quiet . Im an over-thinker so some days in the morning im engaged and then i think i did something wrong and im thinking and thinking so i get quiet and its like my mood shifted but not so suddenly or with no reason. Im not an expert but from my experiences I believe that is the difference😅also, sometimes our mood can shift suddenly but its mostly good and not really in a way that affects other people, its just for our likeness? 😊.
