Personally me as a capricorn, after a break up I bury myself in work and then if Im not working or not doing anything Im just pissed. I tend to start thinking of a hundred ways to kill him and his family. So I usually try to keep myself busy. Then after like two days Im fine and I actt like nothing happened between me and him.
