This shaved Brussels sprout salad comes together easily with brussels sprouts, apples, pecans and dried cranberries. And the maple mustard vinaigrette adds a tangy touch to bring all the flavors together.
You can enjoy this by itself or treat it like a slaw and have a slaw dog. Vegan hotdog or carrot dog (for me).
