You uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle signed with a certificate that is not yet valid. You need to sign your APK or Android App Bundle with a certificate that is currently valid

It says "Some feature modules of your app bundle exceed the maximum compressed download size (200 MB). Reduce the size of these modules: base.". Do you know how to fix it?

You have to compress your app bundle, it will bring it down to 45-58mb
