There needs to be a side-by-side straightforward explanation of the difference between *_Reconciliation_* and *_The Nuclear Option._* People can potentially get those two Senate rules confused very easily.
@Patrick J Mims all legislation in senate is "simple majority" vote for whoever shows up. filibuster = one senator (anonymous, btw) can declare some legislation should NOT be voted on ("come to floor") cloture = how senate can un-do the "freeze" that filibuster imposed (needs 60 senator votes) this is true: senate could vote 60+ votes to "un-freeze" legislation ("cloture") and then STILL not pass it. but bc of mcconnell, that never happens ... so it probably sounds weird to you.
I've never seen (tho much heard about) Khan videos. good to see why "my competition" (I'm a tutor) isn't competition. --> if you were _trying_ to make this as confusing as possible, then ... job well done. (filibuster, cloture, voting isn't complicated. but your graphic tried hard to make it seem so.)

Just a note, 60 votes is not 2/3, it is 3/5, i.e. 60/100 = 6/10 = 3/5
