All of these promote an increase in B vitamins. Eat some cooked liver once a week, it's like a B vitamin bomb.

Dr. Mandell, I have been eating a banana every day for the potassium. Now with my changed eating habits, I eat everything you mentioned except turkey, ,which I do not like, but I still have loads of anxieties, and cannot sleep more hours, which I need. I will try

I use all of these foods except Avocado it doesn't agree with me and neither does pistachios although I love pistachios I used to eat them years ago I would buy them and eat them by the box but as I got older for some reason they started affecting my stomach differently so I quit buying them but I eat plenty of other nuts I eat the cashews all the time I eat the pecans and sunflower seeds but I don't do it often so maybe I'll just step it up and have that more regular in my diet thank you so much for sharing God bless you

@@demigaines5644 you are welcome. I also have to be careful of my diet, so nothing worn MSG or caffeine. I try to choose healthy options, so nothing with chemicals. That also helps as much as taking a mag supplement. I have a long history of benign skipped beats and hate each and every one of them. Good luck and I hope you find ways to reduce them.

All the foods I live to eat!!! Except beets, not too crazy about’em but I’ll eat’em. Spinach, banana, and blueberry are my go to ingredients for my smoothies already.

Hi you could try ACV (apple cider vinegar) with the Mother.. for GERD. Just a little- 1T or half an ounce- with water b/c ACV is harsh! Don’t forget to shake the Mother 😅 -shake the bottle- b/c the beneficial bacteria (Mother) is always at the bottom of bottle🙂
How long does food diet take for insomnia to fade away and is there other things that need to be done as well???
How can food help if we don't know something ? Fear will always be with us if we escape from facce with fears , because even the strong droges can t help when we work first time something new , and that create anxiety in my opinion , so is importan go through X situation to free your body from that pressure, that is only method , no pills no food, cause thoughts cames from the confidence and to calm thoughts is only way is a be sure and control the situation . You can use everything but without knowledge no freedom , no chanse !!

All the foods you mentioned I have eaten. I put turmeric in my green tea.
Golden milk very healthy, helps with inflammation.
I have yet to find a dark chocolate that I like. And yogurts, I have found have high sugar content.
Greek yogurt is best, no added sugar

My cortisol levels are going down and I can use the turmeric to help keep control over that without it. TY for your input.
Bananas do it for me. Best gut flora repair: sauerkraut.

Dr. I started anti-depressant(SSRi) for anxiety induced tinnitus from 7 days. After second day of having anti depressant i started having constant brain zaps and body jolts. Can u guide what should i do now. My psychiatrist said to continue medication. But its becoming unbearable now
I tried Acupuncture and it helped a lot. Those medicines make it worse

Ask your Dr for a vitamin test. You could be low on vitamin D or B12 or something else. Vitamin deficiencies can cause all types of mental and physical issues.
