Andis might as well sell these Trimmers like this I mean everyone doing it
If you're looking for extremely crisp lines use the rotary saw to outline your beard instead of the trimmer.
Lol!!!!!
LEGACY 😂
😅👊str8 up. Them scab lines last alot longer!

Same thing I said, lol. I might as well buy a whole new trimmer, sheesh!
C. Moore shut up bitch
Yea onto an easier video.

Great video! The one thing that I don’t think was mentioned but personally after the cut is finished and all of the left over plastic is removed I like to go around the edges with some sandpaper. It just gives it a smooth finish/look.
Facts!
What's the point doing this?
@@giggityeffyou cooling and getting a little closer on the line especially in the corners like around the ears.
Absolutely, in order to have that smooth feel and just for safety of cuts and fragments possibly flying
@@billymiles2635 wouldn’t hair get in them??
I get why you would need to do this, an it looks so dope when you do it.
Yes, it is to keep the trimmers ventilated/cooler. ☺️. Barbers are the only ones that cut in high volume over a long period of time. They become hot.
Thank you so much for this video!! I was wondering how this is done.
Its more used for when you’re lining up behind the ear so you won’t have all that bulk when you’re holding your clients ear down
one of many benefits
I Just Modified My Andis Trimmer Thanks

@@jaythefirst2841 lol fr right
treating those trimmers like a client. nice cut.
Haha
Very helpful 👌 for me
Good looking out bro.
This beat too clean 🔥
Is this really going to make your lineups more crispier?
get a mini hacksaw from home depot they’re like 5 bucks
Great Video 💪💪
I heard it was for quick and easy adjustment of the tension screw
Just drill a hole right over the tension adjustment screw and don't cut the body. That way you can adjust the tension without having to take the top half off or cut the top half of the body.
Thanks
i got 2 of my 4 T-line andis like that, I modify my like 3 years ago
can you do the same thing with the andis gtx , since they have they have the same body?
Just sitting here trying to work up the courage to cut into this $90 trimmer.
Just do it cheapskate 😂
@@La_abbess being cheap is how i got my bank account on swole 😂🤣😂🤣
Is there any real benefit in modifying it ?
Other than looks ?
@@jonatans.5080 you can see where your cutting easier apparenrly it keeps the blades cooler but i know it works good for being able to see like cutting behind a ear
@@mvrdamonxy7942 i just did mine , now i need to replace these china blades ... can you recomend some ? Good quality
Hopefully i can find those here in the phillipines lol. I hope you can also have some advice for me
I use my outliners to bald my head. I needed to modify them like this in order to more regularly adjust spring tension and keep them clean. It is kinda weird they don’t just sell them like this
Now they do lolz and cordless
Can you fix those exact clippers out the box how they look when they’re fresh out the box. If it vibrates so loud now like rattling with a flathead screwdriver? If so, how? Pls
Andis and other companies are asleep at the wheel if they don't start rolling out models like this. Visibility is huge with outlining.
Just push the ear down
Can you use the t outliner for shaving
this helps a lot i personally didn’t use a saw i used a kitchen knife took about 20 minutes 😂
Hey whatever works! hah
Thus gonna be me with a torch tho gonna cut like butter
Loooool
Thanks bro
💯
Thx
Works great
I have a different version where the top screw is closer to the top.. if I cut under the too screw it might damage the clippers?? Can anyone confirm they've do it on the newer clippers the one with the blue logo lights up..
Maybe close up of the clippers.
Can u do the same with the wireless version of these trimmers???
I'm not sure. i don't own the wireless ones
DOPE MUSIC 🔥🔥🔥--------> ruclips.net/video/SDFt6bp-RX8/видео.html
Why do you have to cut it. Is that how it done? I'm looking forward to buying one as well.
They get so hot and when store bought. After they run cooler
DYI-n-SAVE-FROM A-Z ,??????
My T liners after I skeletoned them they have a bad vibration. Before they ran way smoother what did I do wrong?
What did you do wrong? Well, you took away 1/3 of the body-shell. Try doing that to the front of your car and see how she feels. Utter stupidity. Sorry.
What if the hairs go inside the plastic housing?
what about hair falling to the machine? does it causes any problems?
Nope. no issues so far.
No they are designed to withstand that
Is it possible to modify the Andis Styliner M3 like this?
ive never seen it.. maybe you can be the first lol
Do whatever tf you want, lol. Theyre literally pieces of plastic. Take it apart and figure it out. Not rocket science by a long shot
can i use a jig saw?
yep
Model g?
is there a way to modify clippers? as they tend to get hotter
Man. I have had my same trimmers for 12 years. I can't cut them.
I had mine for 20 years lol.i got the first series
Y’all old
I throw them out every 6 months these are industry standards but they suck been using them for 10 years I do 20 cuts a day they get so hot so I have a spare as well.
Vince Styles since when do the industry tell you to throw out your clippers every 6 months just curious?
Maurice Richardson when they stop working properly I don’t have time for broken equipment.
i usually just unscrew the metal clip at the top and call it a day..does the hair fallign inside the machine cause any problems ?
nah not at all
i have them and they be cutting my skin what should i do
probably have the blade adjusted too close...try setting them again
Hey I need help I don’t really know a lot about these but I bought my first pair of these off eBay. They are brand new but the person modified it and zero gapped it. The problem I have is they vibrate like crazy is that how they are supposed to be?
ruclips.net/video/GFfrD5Gg6_s/видео.html
or try this I got these I used this vid for my styles so if the first link dont work use this one ruclips.net/video/5_OcNx74mpE/видео.html
Imma just take it back after
what's the name of the beat. trying to find it on their website
I can't even remember. Sorry
CEONTHEMAKING no problem, it's called "Legend"

As Salamu Alaykum bro, I was thinking about doing a channel based on waves any advice on how to stand out
celticeagle1000 Walaikum Salaam bro. If you're serious, I would say invest in the tools needed to get your channel going. After that, find a way to bring your own spin to the wave game. Maybe cover topics you notice other channels lacking etc. Aside from that, just take pride in what you produce! Hope that helps!
Put your own personality in your craft. Show people your unique approach to waves. Everyone has something to offer, show them why they should tune in to you. Im a former marketer and research developer.
He used the saw to line up the liners
son love talkin
Andis finally took heed to what ppl are doing and made some like this out the box. They want $250+ for em’ tho. 😬
They also made a Andis 74100 GTX-EVO Professional for like $160 but they selling modified zero gapped corded andis gtx for $104 on ebay and $125 at barber nation
Does this extend the life of the blade?
no
@@CEONTHEMAKING So whats the point in it?
So basically I gotta buy a damn saw 😂😂😂
😂😂😂 this is funny. & Yes. Looks like we gotta buy a damn saw.
does not hair come into the motor when its skeltonized?
nah not really i only use it for edge ups so there's not really much hair they can get in there
@@CEONTHEMAKING okay, I use my outliner (not skeleton) to put in the baldline and take off bulk under the bald line so I can come with the shaver, people say that will tear out the blades, is that true?
Anybody modify in new York?
if not, you can purchase modified trimmers off eBay.
4:00 I was expecting to remove the cover then cut it...
Or just use a $3 hacksaw
Good video bro thank you! 🙏🏽but ya left hand freaking me out.. do you even have bones?
Lol
I saw the saw and was like tf
I'm going to do this to my Masters 🤔
how?? A chainsaw? lol
@@CEONTHEMAKING 😂😂😂blowtorch
Saw? Oh never mind bro
I don’t think his knuckles are supposed to do that! Lol
😂😂😂😂😂 I started dying outloud when I read that
Jevone 😭😭
Ok so i literally just modified my tlines with a kitchen knife took me 5 mins
I used a fine tool or oscillator saw the saw you use is to dangerous if you don’t know how to use it it would be better if u had a little guard or something
Nah, it'll be fine. If you don't have the ability to do it, that's fine, but don't project your inabilities on other people. And it's called a Fein tool.
Ur blade is on the rotary tool backwards.
😂
@@CEONTHEMAKING not trying to be a jerk lol. Just thought I'd mention it
3:41 you better rhyme!
Just buy them.

If you're efficient they don't get hot. Hacks barber school students, and rookies worry about their clippers getting hot.

That Chicago electric rotary is garbage. Walmart has a corded one for same or lower price that works good.
1:30 that thumb did sum shit
0:53 your right hand looks weird!
3:53 to save you some time...
It may work well but what an uGLy modification just for better performance...
DJ GaFFLe negative.
Nice explanation great talking but horrible camera work please understand your audience need close ups of what your are doing
Who cares
Boy got gorilla knuckles ain't it
Errr, no. Utterly pointless - though SUPERB for clogging the inside with more hair.
Just for future reference. The video is good, but I'd rather not stare at your crotch the whole time. I understand what you were trying to do though.
Lol what!? Didn’t even notice 😂 bro look at the clippers. Wyd?!? 😆
I honestly didn’t even notice, I was thinking and focusing on the trimmers the whole entire time.
