I did try this.... But you know what!? After frying itself, half my vadas were eaten because of the crispiness and taste.... And on dipping the vadas in hot water, it literally broke my heart to watch the crispiness gone. I would rather pour sweetened curd over crispy vadas and enjoy to my heart's content... Hehe... I know it wouldn't be the conventional dahi vada though.... 😁
I do the same.. it started because I couldn’t wait till the vadas were soaked but then I got addicted to the crispy crunchy taste and texture with yogurt and now that’s how I like my dahi vadas 😄
