White Urad dal - 1 cup
Pani - dal soak aur grind karne ke liye
Salt / Namak
Jeera - 1 tsp
Oil - deep fry karne ke liye
Hing - 1 pinch
Charcoal / Koila - 2 pcs small
Pani - Bhalle fresh aur soak karne ke liye
Salt - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Dahi - 1 kg
Cheeni - 100g
Imli khajur chutney - ¼ cup
hari chutney - ¼ cup
Masala -
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Jeera - 3 tsp
red chili - 3-4 tsp
Kali mirch - 1 tsp
chat masala - 2 tsp
Kala namak - 2 tsp
White namak - 1 tsp
Pudina powder - ½ tsp
bhujia / sev / anaar - bhalla garnish karne ke liye
