@@rorobutler4888 I don’t really know the difference. Honestly. All I know is I’m not eating food from animals. I do buy vegan processed foods and I eat Whole Foods. I do find starting off, those processed foods helps because I don’t have time to always make things from scratch. So I will say vegan.
@@AbiyahBina I’m slowly removing meat, I’m down to about 2days a week if that. I did try the cabbage recipe.. I mistakenly cut the core portion out making it fall apart but it was soo good.. now O have to try dairy free products. Can you share that if not already in the works.. Thanks for responding 🫶🏾🙏🏾
Hello Abiyah! I just found out that I have Celiac disease and have to start a 100% Gluten-FREE diet. I am all over the board with my emotions. I am a 58 yr and am overwhelmed about making this BIG change. Any advice or ideas for a gluten-free diet to someone who loves bread, muffins, pasta and pizza. I would appreciate any help😊❤️ I am going to try the zucchini chips!
First don’t let Celiac disease scare you. You can still live a tasteful life. When I grocery shop nowadays for vegan foods, I read everything especially the ingredients. While shopping I’ve seen plenty of gluten free foods. I’ve seen GF pasta, breads etc. When you shop look for GF items. Also, I would highly suggest consuming less processed foods. Most importantly don’t think about what you can’t have, instead embrace the energy of still having your favorite foods but prepared differently. Embrace your new world of eating.
