The faulk trade wasn't a bad trade. Edgerrin James was a great back it worked out for both teams
Philnelius Harris just took a bit longer for the colts
The Jaguars traded the pats their 2nd and 7th pick for new England's 1st round pick, The second round pick was Rob Gronkowski and the 7th was Julian Edelmen... ya
that's more of a bad draft luck trade. That one just killed us jags fans
+Kyle Kay-Cee They wanted Gronk they said he was the best all around athlete and they new the Pats would do anything to get gronk
Yall better have a good year this year
Well to be fair Julian Edleman isn't a great WR, hes good because he has Brady otherwise he'd be a practice squad player.
Luke he's the best slot receiver in the NFL....
In Walker's defense, he is the only NFL player to gain 4,000 yards in 3 different ways (rushing, receiving, returning), he is also the only NFL player to have a 90+ yard rush, a 90+ yard reception, and a 90+ yard return in the same season. Only player to score an 84+ yard rushing touchdown and an 84+ yard receiving touchdown in the same game. He is one of only 2 NFL players ever to 10,000 from scrimmage and 5,000 return yards. Walker is one of 6 players to have 60+ rushing touchdowns and 20+ receiving touchdowns in NFL history. He is 8th in NFL history in total yards (and spent 3 years playing in another league). He was a 2x Pro Bowler, and 2x 2nd Team All-Pro. He was often used about as much as a backup besides on special teams. Fun fact, he was an Olympic Bobsledder and fought 2 MMA fights for Strikeforce, now merged with the UFC, where he was 2-0, with 2 wins by knockout.
Philly traded away LeSean McCoy for Kiko Alonso :(
theguymike yeahh😔
Lesean mccoy for kiko alonso
Mad stupid and the eagles gave up on alanzo too soon as well
I hated it when Carolina traded Steve smith sr, he was the face of their franchise
+Pepper 74 Great WR as well!!
He wasn't traded
Pepper 74 Yea I know I also hated when the saints traded Jimmy Graham to the Seahawks 😕
Because Steve Smith, Jr. was such an AWESOME player during the first era of the Carolina Panthers, for most of us, he will always be a Panther in our hearts. Most of us secretly wish that he would return & retire as a Panther, even though we know it's completely unlikely to happen.
Ya we should have keept him and JoshNorman
One of the Worst Trades Ever...When the Cavaliers traded Andrew Wiggins for Kevin Love
no not really
Love the vid keep it up
Great vid bro
Ricky was a great player he just had a lot of mental issues and like 2 years later he went to the dolphins I think or the vikings
+Ideal_Content HAPPYT 4-20 RICKY!!!
The dolphins
He also was found in an Australian tent...
+Burton Jekel Ricky actually ended up carving out like 10,000 or something..not a bad NFL career.
+shas wards agreed. the expectations with him were so big that he's not judged fairly.
Patriots have traded away or not resigned allot of great players over the years. Not that it hasnt worked
as a Seahawks' fan I'm really glad we got Largent off Houston. though it's hard not to think how scary a Warren Moon to Steve Largent offensive combo would be in the mid to late 80's.
This is a great list but why not go further than that? How about "The 15 Worst Off-Seasons in NFL History." I've seen in the comments below how Chip Kelly blew it with the Eagles which is something I completely agree with and I'm sure there's LOTS of off seasons like that. Loving the material, keep it up!
Because it would be all about Cleveland, Cincinnati and Oakland
Great videos
can you make a video of the biggest upsets and if u have make one on the best NBA teams
+Ideal_Content On it!!!
Redskins RG3 trade better be on here. We missed out on so many good players with that one like Janoris Jenkins and Desmond Trufant.
Morten Andersen: traded by the N.O. Saints after 15 seasons because he was "washed up."
Anderson signed with the Atlanta Falcons and kicked a record-breaking three field goals of over 50-yards in a single game against the Saints the following year. He went on to score 806 points for the Falcons and became the All-time career-scoring leader.
I've got a great idea for a top 10. Why not do a top 10 reasons why a certain team has been bad for so long? You got the Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, etc. I'm sure there are a number of reasons one can name for their long-term failures.
I disagree with number 9. Even though they got rid of Faulk which was a gutsy move, they ended up drafting Edgerin James who had many great seasons for the Colts.
Hey, you should do top 10 worst haircuts in sports
The puns are so bad but so good😂😂
To the Colts credit, after trading Faulk, the Colts drafted E. James ahead of Ricky Williams who filled RB void brilliantly for the Colts.
Worst trade in recent memory is when the Bills traded Beastmode to Seahawks for some fourth-round draft pick in 2011 and 5th round pick in the 2012 NFL draft.....Seattle wins a ring immediately after.
I had Wes Weller in Madden mobile. freaking beast! i could always rely on him. respect to that man👏
I see so many top players with shit loads of talent like RG3 and manzel (sorry if I misspelled), they start good and just such a big downfall. so many people would love to take their spot and they just waste that opportunity... idk what even happened to these guys the just jumped of the radar 🙈
RG 3 seems to be doing good for the Browns
Rg3 is still a good qb I wouldn't say he was "injury prone" like most people but damn that guy got hit so many time he had the highest sack percentage one year.. He was a good/great qb but I give all the blame on the team for him not panning out
randy moss actually did record over 1000 receiving yards in 2005 with oakland, just before the season ended in week 17. I think it was 1005 yds to be exact
I wonder what happened to ditka's amazing record with the bears
Steve Largent should be NO.1
CheesyXII not number 1 but top 5
I think the Jimmy G trade to the 49ers might top all of these in the future.
Anthony Kernich well it has not been long enough to ensure that
Do the top 10 NFL players from The University of Miami !!
Worst and best trades... Depending on your point of view. Welker and Steve Largent trades were amazing for the teams acquiring them
A lot of these trades weren't necessarily bad, because a lot of players are only good if they can find the right chemistry, so if, for example, Welker were kept by the Dolphins, he may have never been a star.
When the Bulls traded Lamarcus Aldridge , Tyson Chandler, Elton Brand and Jamal Crawford
Marshall Faulk is not considered the best running back ever by anybody
Haha ik
He absolutely is the best ever. He is the TOTAL package. He was not only super evasive, but he could take, as well as deliver a hit, plus he was nearly as fast as the best receivers in the league and had better hands.
+D AW I'd prefer LT over him
+D AW Walter Payton
+D AW looks like someone forgot about Walter Payton
Thank you Mike Lynn (God rest your soul) for those 3 Super Bowls in the 90s!
Ricky Williams was my first jersey. Still one of my favorite rbs
please do 10 cities who might get a team which is relocating or an expansion team
this was a dumb move by the chargers that I am thankful for. not wanting drew brees
best trade ever-saints fan
+Jim Garibay huh?
Then they traded jimmy graham😭
Nathan Heasley I'm a Hawks and I hate to say this, but Graham isn't that good
you will change your mind when he and wilson are at 100% health and get more chemistry. and did you not see, not 1 but 2 1 handed grabs for TDs just last week? bruh you need to actually watch the hawks games instead of saying dumb shit
mccoy for kiko alonso.... i was deployed when this happened and i was glad i couldn't watch any of the eagles games lol
3:55 Was that a laugh? Maybe he isn't a robot.
Carson Palmer trade to raiders for 1rst rounder and 2nd rounder . Then trading him to Cardinals for a swap of 7th rounders he led them to NFC championship. and was runner up for MVP took them to playoffs twice
When the Oakland Raiders traded Rob Gronkowski to the Pats. I don't like the raiders but I thought that would be on the list for sure.
Chargers fan here so there are many. Let's see there's leaf, welker and many others. Damn AJ Smith.
What about trent richardson
Did any of these players traded come back and beat their former team in a huge postseason game twice? Well after being traded from the 49ers to the Cowboys that's exactly what HOF defensive end Charles Haley did in the 1992 and 1993 NFC championship games. that's why it should be number 2 blowing all the rest of them out of the water. People only talk about the Herschel Walker trade building the Cowboys but they needed Charles Haley badly in order to have a pass rush.
3:52 I JUST HEARD TOS LAUGH, THEY ARENT ROBOTS
When the Bears traded Brandon Marshall for a 4th round pick and he was a top 5 receiver the year after
On one of the best days ever guys! First we got got tix on almost the 50yd line, eight rows up, to a Dolphins game . They were playing the Titans so not much was on the line. BUT this was '06, which was Wes' first yr w Miami and it was also Vince Young's rookie yr not to mention one of the first games of the season. We talked to the cheerleaders and even got a what's up from Vince! This is when he was super famous and was supposed to be the greatest qb ever still, so it was cool. Point of the story, I noticed Wes his first return and then watched him run routes and catch a ball or two and I told my buddies, and I put this on everything! I said, that dude is something special and if he had a qb he'd be an Erin stud! Seriously tho! Not bragging, but I have an exceptional eye for talent in football. YO NFL holler at me! I promise I make you're team better!lol but seriously!
I'm a Kansas City Chiefs fan so this really isn't bad for me San Francisco got screwed when they traded Alex Smith
What about the Harvin trade? Seattle have up a first a third and a seventh for him and had to pay him a huge salary
but he did help them win a superbowl
they traded him cuz of his attitude problem.
I would say the Ahman Green trade where he went to the packers but we drafted Shaun Alexander so it wasn't the worst trade ever
We should probably add the Deandre Hopkins trade now
Can u make a video on top 10 most hated teams
Dallas x10
What about Chris Carter going to the Vikings because according to the jets head coach "All he did was score touchdowns"
He was dealt from the Eagles, not Jets.
Could also be the best trades in NFL history depending on how you look at it
Don't agree with the Randy Moss trade, he had a bad attitude problem when on the Raiders (and really any other team that underperformed while he was there), he gave no effort when on the raiders and wasn't going to for as long as he was apart of their organization. The reason he did so well on the pats was 1. Tom Brady and 2. He actually gave a shit since the Pats are actually a good.
+Raiders yeah he was a cancer for you guys, he never stepped up due to his whiny personality. Not that I disliked that, as a chargers fan. ;)
Now you guys are stacked though and the Chargers the unbelievable ability to blow 3+ touchdown leads. Lol
How about Bills and Eagles? Kiko Alanso and a fourth round pick for Lesean McCoy
A list of the 20 Best Trades in NBA History.
top 15 or top 10 fastest MMA / Boxing knock outs!
Need to redo this and put he Hopkins trade on
best draft class for a single team for example ravens got both Johnathan Ogden and Ray Lewis in 1996
What about the Kyle Orton for Jay Cutler trade? Both were supposed to be stars on they're new team, both played poorly.
I wasn't alive for it but the Steelers trading away Johnny Unitas is probably the worst in our history.
These are all excellent examples of bad trades, but where is the Craig Morton - Steve Ramsey trade of 1977? In 1976, Craig Morton was much abused quarterback for the New York Giants while Steve Ramsey was a younger but inconsistent quarterback for the Denver Broncos. So they traded and Morton led the Broncos to the Superbowl and Ramsey was released by the Giants before the 77 season began.
For worst NHL trades: Ryan McDonagh for Scot Gomes MTl Canadiens and NYRangers
1997 Draft, the Rams traded four picks to the Jets, allowing the Rams to acquire the number one overall pick. As a result, the Rams wound up drafting future HOF Orlando Pace with that number one pick. Oops!
What about Jimmy Graham and reggie Bush
A list of the 20 Best Trades in NHL History.
I wish the Dolphins didn't pick up Tannehill, who is still very new to the NFL but already has the most interceptions! Any team that winds up with Tannehill as a starter is screwed
Bills trade away marshawn lynch like dude wtf are you doing
he didn't want to stay there
Lol I guess.... Or maybe he couldn't stop running over people on hertal Ave in Buffalo. If you or I did a hit n run we'd be put in jail.
As a Cowboys fan I gotta say, that Hershel Walker trade sounds fair to me. xD
The thing with the RG3... The Rams havent made the playoffs after the trade
The Chargers to saints Drew Bree's trade should definitely be on there
Definitely tight end jimmy graham to Seattle for stephon Anthony and max Unger because jimmy was a key concept in the Saints passing game that Drew Brees fought to keep him it all started when jimmy wanted a wide receiver pay because he went more like a receiver the only instance that I can recall his worst game is against the steelers in 2014 where he didn't even get a pass thrown his way be cause the steelers saw him as a threat and double covers him for most of the game
This is kinda a weird list cause it isn't a guarantee they would have been good/bad at the other place its a good what if but football is one of the most reliant on a actual team of players other sports have a team but one can carry it almost
When my Raiders traded Jon Gruden to the Bucs. That came back to haunt us. Losing the Superbowl to the Bucs.
favre had a lot of problems with partying when he was in atlanta. he never would've reached his potential there so green bay (a completely desolate city) was a better move
im a reds fan so it would definitely be trading frank robinson to the orioles for milt pappas which is said by most critics to be the worst trade in baseball history
honorable mention...... Patriots trading their 1st rounder to Green Bay who then picked perrenial pro-bowler and future hall of famer Clay Matthews.
San Diego Chargers gave up on Drew Bres traded him to New Orleans. To me Bres was doing a damn good job with the talent he had around him. I thought give him a couple of better receivers he'll be in the Super Bowl. Well I was right, he went to the Super Bowl and won but, not with the Chargers.
Gregory Flores Brees wasn't traded to the Saints he was a free agent and signed with New Orleans. He was actually going to sign with the Dolphins but they ended up signing Dante Culpepper instead because Brees was coming off an injury.
Trading DRC and a 2 for Kevin Kolb was one I wish we had back
SAINTS with Jimmy Graham
Watching this 5. Years later🙃
You can add the Vikings trading a first round pick for Bradford to the list:
A list of the 20 Best Trades in MLB History.
What about the Lions trading Bobby Layne to the Steelers. This trade cursed the lions and they still haven't been able to break it.
Jamie Collins for like a 3rd round pick
That's BS about Wes Welker. He was one of Miami's leading WR's before he left. In fact, he was our #1 WR in 2006. He was not just on special teams. But yes, it was one of the worst trades in NFL history. I agree.
Where was when Marshawn Lynch got traded to the Seahawks and the Mofo turned into a Beast.?
Hershel Walker was that good!! He was worth all those players! He is often looked over when it comes to his pro performance but he was good. Go Dawgs!!!
Faulk didn't like playing in Indianapolis the colts wanted to get some value out of he because the thaught he wouldn't resign
The rams traded Willian Hayes a great DT for office supplies😐
Worst trade I wish the Falcons never did, the Favre trade. What was management smoking when they let go of him?
I won't be surprised if Indy trading for Trent Richardson makes this list.
Indy set themselves back a couple years when they traded Trent Richardson.
I come 4 years later. From 2016 to 2020.
if it was the MLB it would be Michael Pineda for Jesus Montero
Calling it now, Vikings-Cowboys Herschel Walker trade is number 1
Williams trade was horrible!
"The NFL is a fun sport." Yes, TPS, its definitely a sport.
Can't believe Falcons gave up Brett Farve
