Just ordered some rci rock sliders. Looking forward to getting them installed when they arrive. Looks like rci sliders are now made wirh removable tread plates. I guess they make these for toytech with the older design
RCI just started making removable top plates this summer. All my other RCI sliders were this design. I’m sure you’ll like the new ones, I’ve loved them all.

Very cool - getting mine around the KDSS was a total pain.

Did u had to remove both sides brake lines ? Looks they are not straight bolt-on from factory itself
Just needed to loosen the passenger side, if I remember correctly. Super easy.
@@mdoneg super easy and done my 4runner RCI sliders.. took about 2 hrs with help of hydraulic jack
How far do these stick out?
They have a nice kick out at the back which is also a great step. They definitely don’t stick out.
