- In this video I showcase my newly installed Westcott Designs rock sliders on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro… I am obsessed with how this turned out. I absolutely love how everything came together… looks fantastic on this voodoo blue color! Obviously these sliders will also fit any 5th gen 4Runner 2015-2023. Westcott Designs also offers sliders for various other vehicles… to include the Tundra which I plan to install a set on mine next week. So stay tuned!

Great video! It really shows the sliders very well, definitely has helped with the decision. Back and forth on kickout vs no kickout, I just have the stock size Wildpeaks, not going bigger for a while if ever, a little worried the kickout version may not look quite as good w/o the bigger size of 285. Had been leaning no kickout but I think this helped changed my mind, looks really nice on your setup!

Thanks man. These were TE37 mspec wheels. Love these! Wrapped in BFGoodrich KO2 tires. Yes it does 👍

@@UntamedMotors it does look amazing! Also cant beat the functionality of the flat sliders as opposed to the angled. Being short myself, having the benefit of flat sliders with the top plates is huge.
So what exactly did you do to this beautiful 4Runner? I'm looking at buying an army green 2020 4Runner. Would love it to look just like that, just keeping the rims would not get them changed over. What size tires are those?
Love the color 😍 I had a 2019 TRD PRO Tundra in voodoo blue. I regret getting rid of it 😪 Currently have a 2023 TRD PRO 4Runner in white and I think I'll keep the stock wheels and tires. Installed N-Fab nerf bars and love them. Next mod is Cali raised Ditch lights. Of course window tinting and interior LED's. I'm like you, a Toyota fan boy 😁
Voodoo blue is such a sweet color… absolutely love it. Buuuuut a white 4Runner TRD pro is iconic at this point…. Such a sleek look. 👌

What height does your 4Runner sit at from top to bottom. I know you had a previous video regarding this. I have the Westcott lift kit/rock sliders and will be adding 285/70/17 Falcon Wildpeak. Want to make sure it fits in my garage.
I am in between the KO2 or Nitto Recon grapplers for my 4 runner have you any insight on the Nittos?

Haha 😂 …it was a little but I have a windsock over my external mic to ensure it doesn’t pick it up… it handles the mild winds very well 👌
Just got a 22' 4r w/ kdss. you think a 2.5in, in the front and 1.5 in the rear is enough for 33's? Dobinsons lift btw

Great wheel choice btw. I have a 21 4R-OR & when choosing a larger tire/wheel combo, the first thing I did was look at the weight between stock Pro vs OR wheels finding they were the same thus had to go w/ something else. Try to save some weight wherever we can!

How do you feel these compare to the RSG sliders that you’ve run many times? I almost considered these last year when I bought my RSG sliders. Super happy with them, but always wondered if I made a mistake lol.
You definitely didn’t make a mistake… both companies produce excellent products. If I HAD to choose one over the other, I’d lean with Westcott…
@@UntamedMotors That’s good to know! The westcott sliders have a bit more of a clean simple aesthetic, which I like! I have the lift kit still sitting in the box waiting to get it installed 🤦🏻♂️….for the last year lol. Just bought a Gobi stealth rack though, so that will have to wait a bit longer 😂. As always, great job on the content! ✌🏻🤓

How do these compare to those from c4? I love the look & functionality both of so I’m torn… any thoughts to why you decided on Westcott Designs over C4? 🙏🏻
I've never owned C4 personally... though I've always heard positive feedback from C4 owners. I've never had a single issue with RSG or Westcott, if I HAD to choose one... I'd lean with Westcott.
Im sold! Last question lol how come you went for the flat vs the 20 degree angled? I’m drawn to that look but still need it to be somewhat functional as a step.
@@DADVNTRS I like the fact that my kids can use them as a step is all. =] angled look great too but less functional for the family anyway lol
Will you be putting on the WD roof rack and ladder?
No plan for that. I prefer the look of the OE Pro rack.

Iykyk… TEs are far superior in quality. But the price tag is a tough pill for most folks so instead they just “bash it”. Makes em feel better. It’s human nature to that though…

I’ve done Westcott’s roof rack before and although I like them, I actually prefer the look of the factory Pro rack. 👌
