I also have a nerve issue in my right arm (not carpal tunnel, but involving the ulnar nerve), and I have been having sleep problems lately. You and I are like problem siblings.
Damn Dude, sorry you're going through this crap. I' m an older sis guy with a drip after I pee, so I kind of know a little bit about the drip. Sometimes I wear disposals also to save on the constant washing of underwear. Hang in there, it will get better.....All the best.....Rodney.
Oh mate, that's just so unfair! :-( My (not a medical expert) feeling is wee pressure might have opened up your revision site a bit allowing some wee to pool there and brew bacteria/cause dripping. I hope you've already talked to your GP, but if you haven't, please do so and discuss whether going on antibiotics is needed, or if a wee test comes out clear, there's the option of going on a smaller dose of Nitrofurantoin daily as an infection preventative, which is what I had to do 'til my revision (thank the gods and cross all the fingers) sorted things for me - it can prevent further damage or irritation and hopefully get you more comfortable while you wait for a surgery date. And of course keep with the D-Mannose - if a complicated dosing thing is too much for depressed brains, just fill up a big water bottle with total dose for the day and keep taking sips of it through the day whenever you remember. If all this is caused by some hair or longstanding stricture he didn't pick up on before, I shall be growling in Mr C's general direction on your behalf!

It’s frustrating all this going on! As u said there’s nothing you can do because it’s happening, YOU CAN try to feel less stress, anxiety so your body can heal. If it’s a baggy line, ask doc what’s the percentage of getting device to help with lining. One thing is IT WILL GET BETTER
The issues you're having are the sort of thing that concerns the surgeon I saw cor my consultation. If I can lose enough weight to actually have the surgery at all, he suggests that I go with a shaft only. He did say it was ultimately up to me, but since I'm diabetic it would be a safer decision to not do a urethral lengthening. Being diabetic UPS my Rist of complicatiob with the urethral lengthening. Hopefully whatever is going on will either work itself out or will be an easy fix. Hugs!
Best of luck with your surgery Nicholas. It must be really scary to know you're at higher risk when having such major surgery - it's scary enough being a lower risk person! But when it goes well/all is sorted it's so worth it!

It’s really odd and quirky and Scooter has the craziest way of talking but it’s allowed me to get more sleep and if I’m not sleeping, I feel calm and safe. Got quite a community around it too...lack of sleep makes everything worse and you’ve not much control right now over so many challenges. So so wishing a better year than last my friend. 🙏🏽❤️☮️

So sorry to hear you're struggling. Sleep loss is no joke for mental illness. Try to nap during the day for 15 - 25 minutes, that's what I do.
