    Thanks for sharing man! It’s always cool to find new places to ride. Been dual sporting for about 4 months now and I love it!

    Boulders has some nice single track to the east and north. I like to head over there because its a few miles from my house and I don't have to load the bike on the truck.

      Agreed, it's a great place. Plenty of everything for everyone and as easy or challenging as you want it to be. Man you're lucky to live so close! I'm about 45 min away but it's still well worth the trip plus it's a beautiful drive up there. Need to wait until it cools down a bit, but I'm looking forward to exploring more of it.

      @@DirtZen Any chance you would have some marked trails you would share?

      Zach P Hey Zach, it’s a tough area with trails because they overlap and crisscross so much the routes just look like a big hot mess. My best advice is go to the staging area and turn on your gps so it tracks your route and explore in every direction. The place is massive and trails are everywhere and as easy or difficult as you want. Or post up on fb, there’s always rides happening over there. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

    Cool video. How did you find your way back? You got gps?

      I track all my rides and explore a lot, then make GPS tracks of the trails I like. Takes a while to get to know an area but it’s part of the fun.

    I’ve only been here once and I don’t remember it being like this. I just remember big ass rocks and cholla cactuses. Is this on the south side entrance? Like if your coming from the 17 turning left into the park?

      Hi Nick, the area is huge, there's just about everything you could imagine at Boulders. The main staging area is at goo.gl/maps/vtnw1r9V3FjRyBLA8. Here's a link to the route I took, you can download the gpx file www.gaiagps.com/datasummary/track/7db43118f57a31569ac812d7b5a07579/?layer=Satellite.

    How do you like that steering stabilizer?

    • @DirtZen
      @DirtZen  4 года назад +1

      I actually like it a lot. You can adjust it on the fly so it can easily adapt to changing terrains, conditions and speeds. The front end of the honda is notorious for coming out from under you easily. The stabilizer definitely helps!

    How do you like having that steering stabilizer? Also how is the bottom end power on the 250?

    • @DirtZen
      @DirtZen  4 года назад +1

      I like the stabilizer depending on what I'm riding. It's nice having the ability to adjust it on the fly. The bike is really meant to be rev'd high. You can feel it really grip and track when you're high in the RMPs. I added a heavier clutch basket and that helped stabilize it in the low end. I'm updating the mapping soon from Twisted Development that has a better map to deliver low end power. All in all, I love the bike. But it really depends on what you ride. It's not really good for slow technical trails or real tight single track. It definitely has the heart of a motocross bike.

    Is this on a weekday or weekend

    • @DirtZen
      @DirtZen  4 года назад +2

      Hey Brayden. This was on a Wednesday, it's always empty on the weekdays. Boulders is hit or miss on the weekends. Sometimes it's packed and other times it's like a ghost town. If I go on the weekends, I try to go real early in the morning to avoid too many people. Even when it's busy it's not too bad though, it's so big there are tons of trails. You just need to be careful around blind curves and in the washes, the side by sides love to rip through them.
