Batch cooking, buying basic ingredients (not pre-mixed/processed) to make your own meals, and buying in bulk, can all save a lot of money and end up healthier too. I also save a lot of money making all my sauces and salad dressings from whole plant ingredients; they're delicious, cheaper and healthier.

If you are starting Vegan for health reasons you need to check labels for ingredients. If you are doing it because you want to give up animal meat and foods derived from animals you’re good. And check with your doctor, you may need to incorporate things in your diet to make up for things you’re not eating. Everybody’s body is truly different, they may work the same but what’s good for one is not good for all.

Jah & Jahes love. I liked this video because it helps folks to eat vegan on a budget. But, I think that vegans should eat more fruits and veggies. The pasta and rice is not the best for your digestion. I used to be on that kind of vegan diet and it was just ok. I much prefer to eat fruits and veggies. So, please do a $50 a week or less for raw vegan people. I calculated that one can buy a box of bananas and a box of lettuce. lots of tomatoes and bell peppers with onions and garlic and make enough salad for a few weeks. For fully raw folks, bulk shopping is best and many grocery stores can provide the necessary help. Blessed love. #1804 #Ayiti #ToutMounseMoun #AbolishCPS #AbolishPoverty #DefundFosterCare #ProChoice #RawVeganforLife
