Actually all the classical pieces that made it to the standard repertoire are all top tier. There are way more "lower tier" pieces throughout the history, but they just dont ever get performed. This Smetana piece just happens to have a catchy melody

Perhaps a bit 'slow' for my liking, but played by the Berlin Philharmonic with it's usual 'aplomb'! I don't however know the Conductor, being more familiar with the recordings by the Orchestra under Barenboim, Von Karajan and Furtwangler!
i know this is one of the most prestigious ochestras in the world
And i know you, people, are serious lovers of music, but...

Wir sind damals mit der Schule irgendwo gewesen und da war ein Orchester dass auch die moldau gespielt hat. ABER wir mussten dazu ein Text singen, aber er fällt mir nicht mehr ein 😕 bis auf: "zwei Quellen hat die moldau ...... umd fließt dann in einem fluss zur elbe und ins meer" kann mir bitte sagen wie dieser Text ging
