the scram will disable the micro warp drive engine it will low lock down at 7500 and it will at t2 reach out to 11km when you over heat your module for max range a FACTION or DEADSPACE module will allow you for a higher price to reach even further, if you want to go further than those mid and close ranges you must use a WARP DISRUPTOR it will not lock down the warp drive engine but it will reach out from 19km - 29 km and further depending on which one you have equipped.

I usually put the neutralizer on the condor for brawling as well it helped me alot against gallente ships Great video man 10/10
