Mmmmm I just made the banana bread and it turned out AMAZING! I have made dozens of different recipes for banana bread, trying to find the best one and so far this one takes the cake (haha). I made muffins with the batter, the recipe above ended up making 12 nice sized muffins. I used coconut oil and it turned out really nice. I did not grease the pan or use any wrappers but they came out very nicely and browned. I will eventually try the cake idea since I have the ice cream recipe down (made it three times already haha). Thanks again, Gemma! I love your recipes.
Hi Gemma, I made plum ice cream and peach Ice cream and my husband is nuts about them. . I sent some to my girl friend and she wants more. Thank you for this no machine ice cream. BTW they loved the plum.
I made this ice cream cake but the weather in Singapore are pretty hot and humid i had a difficulty of frosting it with ice cream on the outside of the cake. Looks yummy. If I had that ice cream cake right now I would eat it with hot custard. Hot custard and ice cream is amazing especially with cake or crumble. Hot and cold in one bite.
