@@beautyadvocate I’m gonna get the prima. I’m only gonna straighten my hair once a month anyways. I’m 100% natural for the last 7 years no heat at all and I am bored with it. Have the length I wished for so now I want to start implementing heat. And your hair looks great to me btw doesn’t look heat damaged at all just looks beautiful😍
They are both Nano Titanium but The Prima 3000 has Ion multiplier technology (smoother and shinier hair) and it reaches a temp of 465 F hotter than the other one. They are truly distinct flat irons and Prima 3000 is way better. I am a fan ! Thanks for your video👏🏼☺️
Yes I hate the way they name these irons haha. Thanks for watching and supporting. I have a full review and comparison dropping this week of both or these irons.
@@beautyadvocate I know right! They don’t make it easier for anyone🤪😂 I myself like like to do my homework. You are the best! Thanks for posting great reviews. ☺️🙌🏼🙌🏼looking forward to the new review
Both sides look great! Watching your videos are clearly showing me that I have to be patient, take my time and flat iron in smaller sections.... right now my hair is in my go to of twists... but I definitely think after this week of work I will give it a try...attempting to follow all that you have so wonderfully showed and shared what to do... wash, deep conditioning, blow dry and flat iron.😊
Yes be patient. I will tell you though that the raw footage was only 30 mins, so it really didn’t take too long for my full head. You’ll get faster the more you do it. Having my hair split in two halves sped it up too! Also, this is coming in a full review video, but the Prima side of my head only took 11 mins of the 30. It gets closer to the root so it was just a little easier to breeze through!

@@soranoajidid you buy one? I’m in Australia so I need to buy one and buy a plug converter as it comes with a US plug. I only straighten. I gave thick long hair down to my butt, I think I’ll get the 1 1/4 the one she’s using as the 1” is way too thin
I love how you section your hair and using that comb to guide the iron. I’m just not that coordinated 😂. i just purchased the Prima tonight, I’m here looking for reviews. Happy New Year! 🥂🍾🎉
Hey! Thanks for watching and supporting. I’ve definitely burned myself before, when I was first getting accustomed to the iron. You do have to be careful not to touch your skin with the iron because the metal plates on the outside are also heated. Unlike other flat irons, where it may get hot to the touch from residual heat from the plates, this one purposely heats the plates on outside. Information online says it heats it to 90 degrees, but it feels much hotter than that. You can and will burn yourself if you aren’t careful.
@@beautyadvocate thank you so much for your feedback...I will have to sadly skip this one since I am quite clumsy. Any alternative that you can suggest me that can give me the same or close results to the prima?
Dang, I can’t see the results because you put them all the way at the end and for some reason, the next video pops up as an option on the left corner and the right corner blocking both sides of your hair. I didn’t notice that you have a bit of oil near the scalp. That always stops the hair from having its full body my hair touches my butt, I take a lot of vitamins, but I’m also half native American and half black. I get a really oily scout too, so I massage my shampoo in my scalp for about 2 to 3 minutes and then I work my way to the end in Ritz I usually do this two times. Conditioner. I then put my product/heat protectant on, blow dry, and straighten the top/edges/ends for a fuller look. If I want it super straight, I will do my whole head as you have done here. I’m gonna try to find a picture and post it. I really really appreciate you doing this comparison. You are absolutely beautiful. 1
Yes. Before I blow dry, on my damp hair before I detangle, I use a half pump of Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum, which adds shine and fights humidity (Walmart has it in stock now rstyle.me/+Ogx1gh0TdD6IAt50SES8vA ... it's out of stock at Ulta, but here's the link anyway rstyle.me/+ybIramfRfglOVCjn4_Nvxg). Then I also spray Kenra Blow Dry Spray as a heat protectant and to add more shine (generous amount) rstyle.me/+iZZ3RwBbtnAZ7myskj25_A. If you add these both before you detangle, it will work the product through your hair as you comb it out and it shines so much when you blow dry it. I also recommend checking out my video on how I shampoo my hair as well and the products I use. If your hair isn't completely clean and moisturized, you won't get these results -- ruclips.net/video/qpImc7eqssM/видео.html
I got the same iron Babyliss prima 3000 and I made sure is an original one but it just don't work for me. My hair is very thin so I don't get why it does not straight my hair. There's nothing wrong with the temperatures either. Am I doing something wrong? Please help! 🥺
It’s probably the method you’re using and the products. If your hair is naturally curly or wavy you will probably have to chase it with a comb. I have videos (silk press will be in the name) and it shows my full straightening process and products.
Thank you, hun! It’s definitely not genetics. It’s hard work, consistency and patience. Maybe I should make a video with tips! But growing up I always had a problem getting my hair to grow past my shoulders. My suggestion to anyone struggling for hair growth is to find a professional that specializes in health and growth and learn from them and get trims as often as needed (for me that’s every 6-12 weeks depending on if I wore my hair straight or natural). Even if you do your hair at home primarily, I always think it’s a good thing to have a professional assess your hair and help you create a regimen.
I'm totally confused between the 2 flat irons because I'm looking at my box and it says and I quote"Babyliss PRO NANO TITANIUM PRIMA 3000.. SO AGAIN🤔🤔🤔
I just bought the prima 3000 and tried it right away, it gets super hot and gets so close to the roots that I ended up burning my scalp multiple times as I am not used to my other flat irons getting this close to the roots. I burned my hand too cause the barrel gets hot and on my other irons they don't so I'm used to holding the barrel for control.
I haven’t had a chi in about 7 years. I’d assume their tech has advanced since then, so when I say I prefer Babyliss way more, take it with a grain of salt because it may not be an accurate comparison.

I have mostly fine texture 3b/3c & 3c/4a low porosity hair that is afro kinky corkscrew curls. Which flat iron should I go w? Ceramic or Nano Titanium
I’ve read that ceramic iron doesn’t heat up evenly, that the titanium ones are much better
