For me 2 recruits wouldn't spawn until I started new game +. I spent a long time hunting down recruits before giving up on zombie yakuza male and zombie waver.
Will I lose some of my progress if I play NG+ mode without having 100%? I have 93% and I want to know if it will be reduced or maintained when I play NG+
i only have 1 question in such a small fairly unpopulated area why are there 25 random cats chilling coming from not to mention the odd 25 random statues
Cat 21 is so difficult to get :( Anyone know a way to jump higher? I'm pretty sure I've bought all items at all the shops but I still jump like normal (except when paired with Y but i cant move during that)
grab a trash can from a different place, avoid fighting with it and set it next to the puller in the corner. jump on it ro get a higher jump, I just got the cat this way

Cat 23-25 : Sanwakai Tower

Turns out you don't need to play NG+ to get all the cats. I found them in my first playthrough of RCG1.

you can just bring a trash can and jump on it
