At to be able to do this at a normal pace by going though the game too! I remember going nuts looking for Statue 15, that placement there was just uncall for. XD I did manage to find all the other ones without having to look. Still one of my favorite games by far. Can't wait for the sequel.
Some of these are just... "How did they even get it up there?" And, some overlap here, some are like "Wait, I don't need to find a way up there, just hit the stupid thing." Well, I suppose that's what makes them tricky collectables.
I was wondering how the heck I should get up there to hit Statue 24, tried running wall jumps and stuff Then I learned you can just put trash can nearby and stand on it. God bless these youtube gaming guides that help idiots like me
I can't speak for people who frequently play beat-em-ups, but as someone who doesn't, I was pleasantly surprised -- more than I expected. This is something I can "pop in" and play at any time. It's a good time, but it's best enjoyed with a buddy.
They could have done better for the story since the girls saying sabuko is cool for adding girls to the yakuza is great... yeah is great the daughter of the man who almost murdered kyoko and misako in another game is getting more support i guess... also the girls seem to not remember sabu... even tho sabu almost killed both girls who are the protagonists of this game is pretty weird

I need help with #23. I try to do the jump heavy attack like in the video but can't get the sweet spot before the 0 xp enemies show up. I saw an image showing someone actually on the awning. How do I get up there?
Question, do you have to destroy all of the statues in the entire 1st run in order to obtain Mami's charm? As opposed to destroying the remaining ones in New Game+
I didn't realize that I passed by the statue at the dumpster. Got 'em all now, thanks. But how do you use that other charm piece that I got from smashing all those statues?
SPOILER ALERT!!! If you get both Hasabe (Beat the game) and Mami's (Collect the statues) you unlock a secret boss fight if you have them equipped on New Game plus+ I believe. Who you fight is kinda common sense lool. BTW its a locket
I also want to add on to what TicoKira said that it also has a low chance at dropping food (health items) after defeating enemies. That's something I've noticed when equipped with either charms.

You can get all of them during your 1st run in the game without doing new game plus

Jhae K. Ipsagel beat the final boss to get the other piece. Doing that unlocks a secret final boss in NG+
