I just went and watched his arrest video. Here is where he went wrong (IMHO)- He started out talking to the girl getting the ticket. When someone is on a traffic stop, they are legally detained. Therefore, him walking up and talking to her is technically interfering/obstructing. The cop then comes and warns him not to interfere. He responds back by raising his voice and insulting the cop. At this point, he is taking the officer’s focus off the traffic ticket, which would be technically interfering/obstructing. The filming has nothing to do with the arrest.
He was not arrested for "filming cops". The body camera footage and his own video tell very different stories than the fantasy version DeCastro keeps trying to spin.
He got arrested for "filming the cops" in the same way that a guy who steals a pack of gum from a store and then punches the store clerk in the nose, runs from police, carjacks a school bus full of kids, shoots at cops, and then if finally shot by police in self defense is "murdered over a pack of gum."

Chille DeCastro's story sheds light on the deep-seated resentment many individuals harbor towards law enforcement. It is crucial to approach this issue with empathy and understanding, rather than jumping to conclusions or making judgments. The video shared below sheds light on Chille's experiences and the reasons behind his strong animosity towards the police and the legal system. Chille DeCastro is a character who has faced numerous challenges in his personal and family life. Born into poverty and faced with systemic discrimination, Chille has experienced firsthand the shortcomings of our legal system and the abuse of power by law enforcement. From an early age, Chille witnessed and experienced the hardships faced by marginalized communities, which have shaped his perspective on law enforcement. Chille's encounters with law enforcement have been marred by incidents of police brutality and mistreatment. From excessive use of force during arrests to racial profiling and discriminatory practices, Chille has witnessed firsthand the injustices perpetuated by law enforcement. These experiences have left a lasting impact on his perception of the police and the corrupt legal justice system in our country. Chille's mistrust in the legal system stems from the lack of accountability and transparency. He has witnessed instances where police officers who engage in misconduct face minimal consequences, if at all. This lack of accountability further fuels Chille's resentment towards law enforcement, as he perceives them as an oppressive force that operates with impunity. Chille's resentment towards law enforcement is also fueled by the systemic injustices and inequalities that persist within our society. He has witnessed firsthand how certain communities are disproportionately targeted by law enforcement. This further reinforces Chille's belief that the police and the legal system serve to protect the interests of the privileged few while disregarding the rights and well-being of marginalized communities. Chille DeCastro's story provides a valuable insight into the complex reasons behind the resentment many individuals harbor towards law enforcement. It is crucial to approach this issue with empathy and understanding, rather than making judgments or dismissing his experiences. His use of his hands when he talks is a classic learned manipulation tactic. Not sure where Chille learned it from, but it's used to try to make himself appear more agreeable and make you want to listen to him. His legal knowledge is pathetic at best, & he is a horrible human being.
Chille is trying to manipulate others at all times. Every move he makes and word he speaks is meant to deceive you. It’s all for his own personal gain. I also wonder where he learned this. It’s to such a high degree it’s fascinating (and irritating) to watch
Let's state the blatant lie after 1:40 when Chille says he wouldn't be available for the criminal hearing scheduled for November 19th at 9:30am because he would be out of the country. The court provided an alternate date for December 6th, to which Chille confirmed. That's plenty of time for him to have finished any BS discovery that was pending. In any event, he has already mentioned in his civil case that he will be adding another cause of action for supposed "malicious prosecution" if he is found not guilty in his criminal case. Yeah, good luck with that.
These comments are going to be great. This is what most of the world really thinks about you Chille. I really hope he reads this. It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a meth fueled tirade about the trolls.

Why does a constitutional scholar! Needs to be represented by a court appointed lawyer? 🧐
Because the ingredients for mixing up another batch of GHB are expensive. Gotta have your priorities.
he hired that lawyer. that Lawyer does a flat rate. 2K for this case and i wonder if he was even paid yet cause he accpets payment plans
@@yogib37Chille’s payment plan is to plan not to pay.
Cause he broke. Apparently clicks aren’t paying the bills.
Should stop being such a preening baby and get a job.
@@cowpotpi3 he’s unemployable
It’s been a while since I’ve seen him. I forgot how to delusional he is!
Absolutely he lied to the judge. So he agreed to have his trial on the 6th of December, which is coming up very soon.
These comments are going to be great. This is what most of the world really thinks about you Chille. I really hope he reads this. It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a meth fueled tirade about the trolls.
Great work as always -the camera quality was great. Interested to hear DeCastro lying through his teeth about why he was arrested.
Anyone notice CHille came in and made sure he sat right by the camera? He looked right at it.
strong anti social narcissistic trait.
Course he did. Cameras are his only."friends".
Also note the lower R corner at 1:54, from the silent era.
If Chili could, he would shimmy right up to that camera so his whole face filled the screen… and stay there the entire trial. Textbook narcissistic psychopath. He’s as much a “freedom fighter” as Darryl Brooks. He’s an addict, career criminal, and an absconder.
Just like he does in his videos!his face is always in the camera. Creepy
He probably intends to never set foot in the state again, he will eventually run out of states he can hide in. Remember, Chille always loses!
It will be interesting to see if he remains in the state after his 6 month sentence at the Clark County Detention center is up, unless they attached additional time for his case in May.
He looks a lot older than 49 years old. His antics are burning him out quickly.
It's likely because he only dyed half of his hair. It's evidently very financially draining to be a constitutional law scholar. He is saving the "Trujillo wheelchair" money for his Colombia trip.
His hair isn’t combed in the usual Dunce Cap peak. Probably on the advice of his attorney.😮😅
He uses a "beauty filter" for his RUclips streams which hides his wrinkly forehead and discolored skin (especially the purple upper lip area). Here you can see him in all his "glory". Also he seems to have gotten pretty fat.
He doesn't look older than that don't let your dislike of him make you petty
@@hlpmlI don’t focus on people’s looks and I’ve seen videos of him from just last year and there is a stark difference.
Chili never passes up an opportunity to control his narrative. Lol.
Spot on
Cool. Chubby Chillito in court - by special appearance - but not Jose Maria because its capitalized on the court papers and that makes them illegitimate charges. By the way what about subject matter jurisdiction and judges oaf of office?? Chilli was not arrested for filming he was arrested for interference in a legitimate traffic stop -- among other stuff. How dare they make him wash his face and wipe the dirt off his hands and put on a suit to come to court!!! Sheer torture not to enable Chillito to make his own rules!!
Nooo Chili, you weren't arrested for filming, you were arrested cause you wouldn't stop interfering in the traffic stop and then you smacked the cops arm. I don't know what additional discovery he is claiming, we've all seen not only Chili's own livestream of this but the bodycam videos too 🤦♀️
" i have the right to be an asshole so i am". Filming people that don't want to be filmed and hassling cops that are trying to protect the community .
He tried to sell you a trifold!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He didn’t bring up the trifold.
@@OurNevadaJudges I’m shocked! That’s his bread and butter!
A legitimate source interviewing him? His ego is in heaven.
That was just him talking his same crap though.
less legitimate than I thought, considering how they've taken up for him in the comments
@@PrissyTxTomboy yeah, that was disappointing. That was just giving him airtime not an interview
They have always stayed neutral, I don’t see that changing now.
@@cova4218 That might be one of the reasons the courts in Nevada and elsewhere are becoming more co-operative with allowing independent media into courts. As the saying goes "If you don't like the way someone is doing a job there are always two options. Go elsewhere or do it yourself" 😉
How are you able to just come and go out of the country when you have active warrants?
Looks like the intermittent fasting is working out great for him! Can you say barn with legs?
Good one!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Oh my gods, this guy is such a liar.
Remember, He is a self-taught constitutional law scholar. Via Google and youtube. Putting the system on trial is what he does. Remarkable for an adult with AFAS. Bravo José! We salut your high function.
He brought up the fact that the other prisoners were in chains and the proceeded to be told that nobody have ever tried to escape. I wonder why nobody has ever tried to escape Chilli? Would that be because they are in chains to keep them from escaping??!
It’s not rocket science mate.
Logic doesn't work with him.
Since he got 6 months at the Clark County Detention center after his conviction in this case, I guess he'll be showing up in chains for his case in May.
@@javaman7199 gosh wouldn’t that be a sight to behold. Hadn’t thought about that….. very interesting point 😆
Stall stall stall
It was all for naught, since he is now spending 6 months at the Clark County Detention Center.
Slowly but surely these Frauditors will get their comeuppance. I know we'd all like to have it happen immediately, but the end result will still be worth it.
Absolutely 💯
Then what will we laugh at??😂😂😂
@jjthomas3241 I can't imagine what rights you think I'm lacking.
It did happen for Chille, now that he is serving 6 months in the Clark County Detention Center.
Can't wait for him to use this interview as proof he is a journalist 😂
He needed his 15 minutes of fame, since both Floyd and Zane both got newspaper article written about them. He is not about to let those 2 get recognition .
@@churchofpos2279yep. Chille threatened to sue the author of the Zane article too, even tho his name is not mentioned a single time 😂

But less charming and less likable.
If you had been a victim of the system you'd be standing next to him speaking his words. there is no argument. You don't know what you say.
Classic frauditor logic. "I was arrested for filming the police." No dunce cap, you were arrested for interfering in a traffic stop.
Now he is spending 6 months at the Clark County Detention Center for interfering in a traffic stop as inmate 01669561.
I can't add additional comments because every thing that needs to be said has.
He’s ignorant. Just because there were no escapes of prisoners in that courtroom doesn’t mean criminals don’t escape; chained and unchained. Chili just mind your business. You’re not changing anything. Nobody asked you to. He’s such a big pain.
He’s a complete drain on society.
He’s using Rudy Guiliani’s hair dye, Locks for Losers.
They don't escape because they are in chains, FFS.
Why does an eminent constitutional lawyer of two decades' standing need a lawyer in a minor case like this?
they didnt escape because. idk THEY'RE IN CHAINS
Since he is spending the next 6 months at the Clark County Detention center after his conviction in this case, he has that to look forward to for his May trial.
@@javaman7199 and he'll probably get another 6 months with any luck.
He’s just dragging this out and accumulating cost.
In the end he will be found guilty and will probably get a stiffer penalty for wasting court resources.
One can only hope!
@NoYouDidnt.He’s got plans to visit his family in Colombia for the holidays. Using the money he grifted from his cult members claiming it was for an electric wheelchair for a crippled kid.
@@RattiusHattusyep. Just like last time he claimed needed money for a lolsuit, raised over $700, then went to Colombia 3 days later 😂
Main problem is the DA might drop the case to free up the court for important cases. Then these fools claim a victory😅

The Trifold of Indestructibility only works against police, not judges.

I tried so hard to watch the interview. I couldn’t do it. My skin was crawling by the 15 sec mark🤢
Nothing left to mock Chilito with that hasn’t been done so I am just going to ask…where are the buttons on his shirt? Did they invent a pull on collared top? What a nutcase.

Why doesn’t he do good works for people instead of going around looking for trouble. Needs big jail time
Jail him in Dec so that he can go on vacation in jail.
They didn't jail him in December, they jailed him in March for 6 months at the Clark County Detention Center. Now he still has a case pending in May. I guess he'll show up to that one in chains. It'll be interesting if they attach additional time to his sentence.
Can someone, anyone, remove him from society and ensure he cannot access the internet without direct supervision?
Well they removed him from society for 6 months, after the judge handed down a 180 day sentence effective immediately after his conviction in this case. He still has a case pending in May.

We've seen this happen sometimes when there are concerns of discovery being released too close to the trial date. It's happened in other cases.
They did nap when they recommended a 90 day suspended sentence after his conviction in this case. The judge instead gave him a 180 day sentence at the Clark County detention center effective immediately. He still has another case in May, in which I guess he'll be showing up in chains for.
He wasn't arrested for filming the cops, he was arrested because he wouldn't back away from a cop during a traffic stop thereby preventing the cop from being able to carry out the traffic stop and instead had to pay attention to deleted brains to ensure he did not harm the cop or the driver. The cop told him he could film all he wanted but he needed to back up and he wouldn't.
Deleted brains is the result of a mistake at birth.
...and a mistake at conception
